222 E. Broadway is a ground-up 28-story luxury tower and renovated 11-story loft building on the corner of East Broadway and Clinton Street. Located in the heart of the Lower East Side, 222 E. 222 E. Broadway was designed by the acclaimed New York-based architecture firm SLCE Architects and its exterior facade was designed by the New York-based architectural design studio S4Architecture. The building offers 70 residences ranging from studio to four-bedroom apartments with walk-out private terraces in select homes.
The building’s interiors were designed by Paris Forino with modern design and timeless details. 222 E. Broadway’s homes feature oversized windows and 7” wide oak floors. The kitchens are equipped with custom Italian cabinetry, marble countertops and Miele, SubZero and Bosch appliances and the primary baths feature marble floors and custom glaze ceramic tile as well as Waterwork bath fixtures.
