Property Description for 66 East 11th Street, 3

Available for a 2-12 month term. This stunning, custom-designed, fully furnished loft is available turnkey short or long term stay (no pets please).

One of only six residences, this full-floor, three-bedroom, three-and-a-half bath home features 11-foot ceilings and triple glazed, north facing windows welcome beautiful natural light into this oasis in the heart of Greenwich Village.

Enter directly via a keyed elevator into the 3,663 square foot residence where the open kitchen, living and dining spaces blend together to create a true downtown loft feel. A custom steel and stone fireplace with suspended television is the dramatic center piece of the living space, while wide-plank, rift-cut Siberian oak floors run throughout.

The chef's kitchen features dark African Anigre wood cabinetry accented with satin nickel hardware and white polished quartzite countertops. A large center island provides plenty of surface space for food prep, as well as a breakfast bar for casual dining. The impressive appliance package includes a six-burner Viking range with stainless steel hood, Miele microwave and steam oven, Bosch dishwasher, a Sub-Zero 36" combination refrigerator/freezer and 78-bottle dual zone wine fridge. The window box herbarium offers the rare opportunity to create your own indoor garden.

Head to the primary bedroom suite located on the southwest corner, featuring a large dressing room and spacious, walk-in closet. The en-suite bathroom is designed for indulgence and tranquility with a Jacuzzi Fuzion soaking tub positioned next to a reflexology path and honed crema limestone floors with radiant heat. Stall shower and dual sink custom oak vanities with onyx counters and Dornbracht fixtures complete this sanctuary. Two additional bedrooms with sunny southern exposures have spacious closets and gracious proportions as well.

Located on a quiet street in prime Greenwich Village, 66 East 11th Street is a newly-converted boutique condominium with doorman. Built in 1897 and defined by its Italianate design and oversized windows, the building has been transformed into modern luxury.

Greenwich Village | Manhattan

Quick Profile

Birthplace of beatniks, Greenwich Village has always been a neighborhood bursting with creativity, home to artists, poets, musicians and writers. There is a lot of foot traffic in the neighborhood, as it gives convenient access to many other neighborhoods. There are a lot of popular eateries on MacDougal Street and bars on Bleecker Street. The neighborhood has a bit of a college-town feel, due to the presence of NYU. There aren’t large chain stores here, so it isn’t really a mecca for shopaholics, but you can find interesting vintage stores and specialty boutiques.

Available housing is centered on pre-war walk-ups. You can find good deals on the quieter, tree-lined side streets, as opposed to the bustling avenues. There are pockets of brownstones and townhouses, some dating back to the early 19th century, throughout the neighborhood, as well. You will find more luxurious housing in the newer high-rise buildings on Park and Fifth Avenues.

Washington Square Park is the heart of the neighborhood. If you sit near the Arch and close your eyes, you might catch an echo of the music and social history of the Park, floating through the air. Greats like Joan Baez, Bob Dylan, and Paul Simon started their storied careers right here in Greenwich Village. Today, the Village is a celebration of diversity, where everyone is welcome.
