Property Description for 321 West 110th Street, 18-C

STUNNING CORNER THREE BEDROOM WITH A LARGE BALCONY OVERLOOKING CENTRAL PARK. Situated 18 floors above Central Park with endless New York City skyline, Central Park and Triborough Bridge views, this is a fabulous three bedroom condominium. From sunrise to sunset the views here are incredible and not obstructed. As you enter the foyer and hallway with a large coat closet you reach a multiple windowed open kitchen perfect for a chef. There you’ll find custom cabinetry, Luce Di Luna quartzite countertops and top-of-the-line appliances including a Miele oven and dishwasher and Sub-Zero refrigerator. Just off the kitchen is the great room with enough space for a six person dining table and a comfortable living area. Through the glass door is a balcony large enough to accommodate outdoor furniture, allowing you to enjoy the view and relax. The spacious primary suite features custom closets and shelves and a large dressing area. A windowed en-suite primary bath with a walk-in shower allows amazing views of Central Park and the Manhattan skyline. The second and third bedrooms are similarly sized, each with large closets and - like the second bathroom - big windows revealing yet more views. One Morningside Park provides a 24 hour full-time doorman, porters and a live-in super. The condominium is pet friendly and features a fitness center, common roof deck with grill and NYC / Central Park views, a bike room and cold storage. A weekly (Saturday) farmer’s market is across the street and nearby are some of the best restaurants and cafes in the neighborhood including Marlow, Osteria 106, Cafe Frederick, Melba’s, and 67 Orange Street. 321 West 110th Street, also known as One Morningside Park, is located across the street from Morningside Park, two minutes from Central Park, an easy walk from Columbia University, and close to many subway lines including B/C/1/2/3.

Manhattan Valley | Manhattan

Quick Profile

Many New Yorkers have walked through this small neighborhood countless times but may be unfamiliar with its name, which is often folded into the vastness of the Upper West Side. An ameatuer might even confuse the neighborhood with Harlem, Morningside Heights, or make up a new geographically descriptive name like, Upper Upper Westside. Manhattan Valley is bounded by 110th Street to the north, 96th Street to the south, Central Park West to the east and Broadway to the west.

Manhattan Valley is a diverse, mostly residential neighborhood that is rich in history. The north side of the neighborhood has no shortage of historic row houses and distinctive buildings designed in a Romanesque, Victorian Gothic and Queen Ann style of architecture. If you’re a fan of architecture this may be an ideal place to visit. Contrasting the neighborhood's classical architecture in the north are the modern buildings of Columbus Square on the south side.
