Built in 2008 and boasting approximately 5,124 sq. ft. of living space, every room in this luxurious home was designed with form and functionality featuring large expanses of glass with an open-concept floor plan combined with amazing outdoor spaces – a large landscaped backyard patio and a private deck off of the top floor primary suite.

This unique, custom designed south facing home features 5 bedrooms – [one of which is currently used as a gym], 2 1/2 bathrooms, sauna, media/ rec. room, laundry room, a working gas fireplace and your very own parking garage.

Before you enter this stunning home, you will definitely notice the Sergio Pininfarina designed entry door from Italy – [Sergio was the senior designer at Ferrari], which opens up to reveal an expansive living area overlooking the Poggenpohl designed kitchen with soaring 14’ ceilings and a rear wall of glass. This luxury kitchen was designed with great attention to detail and a sophisticated array of appliances and finishes including a Viking refrigerator and oven, Fisher & Paykel stove, Miele integrated dishwasher & a Hansgrohe kitchen faucet by Philip Starck. The kitchen counters have been custom fitted with large black Caesar stone slabs. The basement rec. room / media room has a 4 person electric sauna, a working gas fireplace, a large built-in coat closet with additional storage and direct access to the garage. The two large crawl spaces on this level can be used as a wine cellar or for additional storage. Bedford Stuyvesant | Brooklyn

Quick Profile

Known for its historic brownstones and tight-knit enclave, Bed-Stuy has increasingly left behind its early reputation for being a “bedroom community” and transcended into a highly desirable neighborhood.

Distinct for its aesthetic, it is populated with ornate buildings characterized by cornices, friezes, finials, fluting and other marks of classic architecture. Built up during the period from 1870 to 1900, its historic district runs to the north of Jefferson Avenue, to the east of Malcolm X Boulevard and to the west of Tompkins Avenue.

At one point known as “Brooklyn’s Little Harlem,” the shape of the area has shifted toward attracting a wider demographic of people thanks to the influx of bars, restaurants, antique furniture stores and vintage boutiques. More police enforcement paired with the decline of the crack epidemic at the beginning of the 2000s also opened the door for increased development, as well as the occupation of formerly abandoned buildings and spaces.
