BONUS MEDIA/GUEST/OFFICE SPACE — Ideal For All Of Your Growing Needs

Here’s the hero home that will win your heart. This expansive “junior 2BR” is actually an attractive and well planned 1BR home with a lot of extra. The bonus office/media area is the ideal space for a guest — giving you all the flexible options to serve your big life.

Smartly created by David Howell Design, the custom kitchen features Italian cabinetry, top-of-line appliances (Liebherr, Bosch and Bertazzoni), and a custom marble dining bar. This attractive cook’s kitchen opens beautifully onto the living/dining room — creating an easy-flow entertaining space overlooking the treetops from the oversized casement window wall.

The main bedroom also enjoys treetop and architectural views from this feel-good home’s signature walls of windows. Like the guest/media/office space, the main bedroom is served by a custom bath featuring Bianco Dolomite marble and top-line fixtures by Toto and Zuma.

Designer closets abound, and there is a in-home washer/dryer. Underfoot are handsome wood floors, above you the ceilings soar, and everywhere there is beautiful form and function.

With only 11 residences, this winsome boutique condominium offers an attractive lobby with virtual doorman services by iDoor, and custom-made brick facade with this building’s iconic European casement windows. Nearby is most every East Village/Alphabet City shopping, dining, cultural, entertainment, and fitness destination, prime proximity to nearly all legendary downtown hotspots, and easy access to Tompkins Square Park and a plethora of easy transportation options.

A rich, relaxed, convenient, stretch-out life awaits you Welcome home.

East Village | Manhattan

Quick Profile

The East Village has two distinct moods. By day, it is quiet and peaceful. Everyone is out and about, either working or relaxing at Tompkins Square Park, strolling or jogging along the East River, or hanging out in one of the subsets of cultural activity, such as St. Mark’s Place.

But then night falls, and the East Village comes to life, keeping the entertainment and nightlife going long after the other neighborhoods have called it quits for the night. People from all five boroughs flock to the dive bars and speakeasies, head for their favorite cafes and restaurants, or drop in to a music venue to listen to hot tunes or cool jazz and dance the night away. Don’t worry, you don’t have to “know somebody” to gain admittance to even the most popular venues. You won’t find velvet ropes, bouncers, or and a waiting list at the door of most places. Just walk right in and enjoy yourself.

Be prepared for the increased population during fall through spring, when NYU is in session. College students will be everywhere, contributing to the youthful essense of the neighborhood.
