Property Description for 935 Pacific Street, 402

Pause your search and prepare your paperwork. The elevator condo rental you have been looking for has arrived – and so have you! Perfection has an address and it is 935 Pacific Street! No compromises needed, this home has it all: Location, layout, amenities, multiple outdoor spaces, and a secret sliding bookshelf to conceal and consolidate your classified government documents in case the FBI wants them back ;) This 1155 sf duplex 3 bed 3 bath plus a home office, includes in-unit laundry, central air, and landscaped terraces on both floors. The custom bookshelf under the staircase maximizes storage. The sliding panel cleverly conceals a second tower of secret shelves for invisible storage. In here, conceal the good liquor from thirsty guests and your Jason Bourne go-bag of international currencies and multiple passports for secret identities. And your Costco overflow purchases. Cancel your self-storage contract. Your basement storage unit holds 324 cubic feet of skis, golf clubs, holiday decorations, and stuff you need only sometimes. In the kitchen: Bosch, Caesarstone, stainless and an InSinkErator disposal. Location: Where Prospect Heights rubs shoulders with Clinton Hill and Fort Greene, retail and restaurants abound. Enjoy the vinyl hour mixology menu at Leland across the street. The C and G are super close. Atlantic Terminal yields an alphabet soup of subways: 2345?B?DNQ?RW?. The LIRR gets you everywhere from midtown to Montauk – grab a new bathing suit at Target across the street and beat the traffic with a good book on your way to the beach. The Friday 4:07 Cannonball delivers you to Montauk by 6:48pm – 161 minutes: faster than a car, cheaper than a helicopter. Summer vibes are here. Amenities: Cancel your gym and WeWork Memberships. Amenities include a gym, pool, sauna, steam room, game room, play space, and business center. Additional common roof access. Something for all the big and small people in your life. Pets case by case. Available starting 7/15. Contact the Sotheby's listing agent for access.

Crown Heights | Brooklyn

Quick Profile

Originally known as Crown Hill by the Lenape Indians that lived there, Crown Heights has evolved into a diverse neighborhood, occupied primarily by Hasidic Jews and one of the largest Caribbean populations to be found anywhere outside of the West Indies.

Head over to Nostrand Avenue, one of the main West Indian commercial areas in the neighborhood, which is lined with stores that have been in those exact same places for generations, providing their goods and services to area residents. Kingston Avenue has similar commercial activities that support the Jewish community, and Franklin Avenue shows the most signs of change and gentrification, with an ever-expanding mix of yoga studios, coffee shops, and organic grocery stores that serve the influx of young professionals. No matter which of these areas you visit, you will find an interesting mix of businesses that you wouldn’t normally picture as existing side-by-side. It is all part of the cultural diversity of Crown Heights.

The neighborhood is bisected, from east to west, by Eastern Parkway, which is a beautiful, 3-mile-long boulevard lined with mature trees. This leafy oasis was designed by Frederick Law Olmsted, famed designer of Central Park, the Biltmore Estate in North Carolina, and the U. S. Capitol in Washington, D. C.

You will find a mix of low-rise apartment buildings, large middle-class elevator buildings, brownstones, and some luxury buildings. Century-old architecture stands next to modern residential developments in a visually interesting mix of styles, much as the diversity of the residents exists. People who would not normally meet and mix are forging new pathways to cultural understanding by working, living, and playing together in the same neighborhood.
