Property Description for 369 Harman Street, 4-D

Bright and inviting, you have to visit sun-drenched #4D to fully appreciate its beauty. Live your best life! No more desks in bedrooms or guests crashing on the couch. The 'additional' room with its walk-in closet is versatile as an office/den/media room or can easily accommodate a second bed for guests. High up on the 4th floor, soak up the afternoon rays, or grow your own herb garden. The light is fantastic, sun streams in through the oversized windows, and glass balcony double doors. Don't fret the climb, the elevator makes access a cinch at this sought-after boutique condominium.

As you enter, hang your coat in the entryway coat-closet, then step into the bright, white, open kitchen with brand new Frigidaire stainless steel appliances, including dishwasher. There's ample room for a dining table. The living space connects the kitchen to the highlight of the property: the West-facing balcony.
The primary bedroom, with oversized windows is also bathed in warm afternoon light and is large enough for a king-sized bed with a generous closet. The bathroom is equally luxurious, equipped with both a large bathtub and a rainfall shower with opulent giant marble tiles.

Wait! There's more:

- Hardwood floors
- Recessed lighting
- Central Heat & Air conditioning
- Vented W/D hook-up
- Washer-dryer in-unit
- Video intercom entry system
- Extra storage in building
- Roof deck with panoramic City skyline views
- Pet friendly, with dog run close by (at recently revamped Maria Hernandez Park)
- And freshly painted!!!

Enjoy the perks of this rarely available convenient location, three short blocks from the 'L', you're just a 14 minute train ride to Manhattan. This area, adjacent to Jefferson Ave, is popping with restaurants, coffee shops, vintage boutiques, markets, bakeries, gyms, yoga and Pilates studios. It's no surprise that Manhattanites flock to Bushwick for entertainment and nightlife, performance art, clubs (House of Yes, Elsewhere and Mirage), art studios and events. Dig a little deeper and you will also discover a local cinema, climbing gym, paintball arena and an Art Deco Chinese Teahouse & Apothecary turned Neo Noir Nightclub.

Bushwick | Brooklyn

Quick Profile

As one of the most diverse neighborhoods in New York, Bushwick offers a perfect snapshot of just how multicultural the city is. Long-established as an amalgam of cultures and ethnicities, a wave of varying types of immigrants trickled in from the seventeenth to twentieth centuries, with Bushwick largely becoming a home to Hispanics of Puerto Rican and Dominican backgrounds by the latter part of the twentieth century.

With the Bushwick Initiative of the mid-00s that aided in revitalization, it became an attractive area to young professionals and artists. And even now, Bushwick has sustained affordable rent prices where other North Brooklyn counterparts, like Williamsburg and Greenpoint, have become more expensive. Priding itself on the weird and the wacky, numerous art collectives thrive in this part of Brooklyn, once famously named the seventh coolest neighborhood in the world by Vogue.

Though it has drawn in many tourists in recent years (there’s even a graffiti tour you can take from the Bushwick Collective), the neighborhood remains very much community-oriented, and has not been subject to quite the same sort of corporate infiltration phenomenon of its nearby Williamsburg environs.

But yes, of course, Bushwick has come a very long way from its 80s and 90s reputation as being “The Well,” a nickname given to it for its free-flowing and widely available amount of drugs (quantity over quality being the cliche applied here).
