Property Description for 506 LaGuardia Place, 3

Welcome to 506 LaGuardia Place- where the highest caliber of craftsmanship meets the heart of downtown.

Comprising just four individual full-floor luxury residences, this brand-new redevelopment is a true urban sanctuary. Positioned just above Soho where West Broadway transitions into quiet, tree-lined LaGuardia Place, the building manages to offer both location and serenity.

The Third Floor at 506 LaGuardia is truly an ode to scale.

The residence presents three bedrooms and three full baths.

The layout stretches east to west and was thoughtfully designed to offer the warmest qualities of “home”: two en-suite baths, an abundance of storage, a walk-in laundry room with ventless washer/dryer and separate folding area, a pantry, built-out bedroom closets in every room, and more.

Also designed to offer the most modern qualities of home, the residence features an array of smart home elements, including Lutron Caseta app-controlled lighting, ducted air conditioning in the living room and individually controlled wall-mounted Cassettes adjustable via Ecobee thermostats, and SALTO keyless access control.

Light sprawls across wide plank Terra Legno white oak engineered floors and dedicated ceiling-mounted room fans allow residents to benefit from year-round temperature control.

A true chef’s kitchen boasts a custom, vented range hood that presents as an exclamation point above a five burner cooktop and wall oven. An integrated, touch control XO microwave drawer adds an extra level of culinary convenience with sensor cooking technology, and an Edgestar five rack wine cooler allows for perfect dinner pairings. Sprawling white quartz countertops transition seamlessly into the backsplash and a waterfall edge. A paneled Bertazzoni refrigerator/freezer and an integrated Blomberg dishwasher punctuate the end of the kitchen, just before entry to a walk-in pantry. An undermount sinks rests beneath a designer Klaus sprayer, and both upper and lower soft-close cabinets seem endless.

Spa-inspired bathrooms feature large format, Spanish Porcelanosa wall and floor tiles that glow beneath ambient cove lighting. High Definition wall-mounted mirrors run across the entire length of the primary bath. The primary bathroom boasts a walk-in shower, double vanity and floating tub. Designed with tranquility, space and storage in mind, enjoy respite at both the beginning and end of the day in all three of the stunning bathrooms.

Custom closets buildout in all bedrooms allows for turn-key settling in.

Residents enjoy keyless access at both the front entry and residence doors via Butterfly and SALTO systems. For lovers of space, lovers of craftsmanship, and lovers of downtown- enter 506 LaGuardia Place: location, character, history, luxury.

Greenwich Village | Manhattan

Quick Profile

Birthplace of beatniks, Greenwich Village has always been a neighborhood bursting with creativity, home to artists, poets, musicians and writers. There is a lot of foot traffic in the neighborhood, as it gives convenient access to many other neighborhoods. There are a lot of popular eateries on MacDougal Street and bars on Bleecker Street. The neighborhood has a bit of a college-town feel, due to the presence of NYU. There aren’t large chain stores here, so it isn’t really a mecca for shopaholics, but you can find interesting vintage stores and specialty boutiques.

Available housing is centered on pre-war walk-ups. You can find good deals on the quieter, tree-lined side streets, as opposed to the bustling avenues. There are pockets of brownstones and townhouses, some dating back to the early 19th century, throughout the neighborhood, as well. You will find more luxurious housing in the newer high-rise buildings on Park and Fifth Avenues.

Washington Square Park is the heart of the neighborhood. If you sit near the Arch and close your eyes, you might catch an echo of the music and social history of the Park, floating through the air. Greats like Joan Baez, Bob Dylan, and Paul Simon started their storied careers right here in Greenwich Village. Today, the Village is a celebration of diversity, where everyone is welcome.
