Cooking gas and hot water is included in the units rent; however, heat and AC are not. Heat and AC run through the unit's Central Air, which runs electric, and tenants are fully responsible for their electrical usage. Tenants can control their own central air in their unit, (both heat and AC)

Amenities and features for each unit and tenant include: -Washer, Dryer, and dishwasher included in any style unit -Three elevators available -Rooftop access, which includes 2 gas grills free of charge/with two-hour reservation window. -Parking (Monthly fee for covered parking spot is $375, and $325 for uncovered) -Fitness center which includes a yoga studio -The lounge is located on the 7th floor, which includes a terrace facing the Manhattan skyline. The lounge can be reserved for private events (fees will apply) -Wi-Fi available in all common areas -The Clark is pet friendly (with a few acceptations of dog breeds), and there are no pet fees - Move-ins are permitted Monday-Friday with two timeslots from 8am-12pm or 12pm-4pm to choose from. -Front lobby concierge available daily.

Electricity -All our apartments are individually sub-metered. With that, there is no need to call and have your service activated as your apartment is already set up, and your meter will start on the day your lease started in which you receive keys for your apartment. Every month you will get a breakdown of the itemization for your bill attached to your rent bill.
