Featuring three bedrooms, a den and three full bathrooms, you'll enjoy plenty of room for elegant living, entertaining and working in this elite full-service condominium.

Step inside the 4,108-square-foot, full-floor residence to discover bold columns and coffered ceilings that rise nearly 13 feet over wide-plank hardwood floors. Fourteen spectacular 8-foot-tall windows frame views over Warren and West Broadway along the sunny southern and western exposures. Direct elevator access delivers you to a gracious foyer with a walk-in coat closet and full bathroom. Ahead, the dramatic corner great room welcomes sophisticated entertaining and relaxing with the breathtaking sights of the city and sunset views as your backdrop. In the masterful open kitchen, pendant globes by Lee Broom drape over a massive center island/breakfast bar. Sleek Poggenpohl cabinetry surrounds exceptional appliances, including a vented six-burner range, refrigerator, dishwasher and wine refrigerator, while built-in shelves adorn the opposite art wall. The adjacent den is the perfect media room or lavish home office, thanks to the wood-burning fireplace and walls of built-ins.

Awake to open-sky western outlooks in the serene owner's suite featuring an enviable walk-in custom closet and a spa bathroom with floor-to-ceiling marble, a soaking tub and a shower. A second bedroom suite features a beautiful private bath, and across the apartment, a third south-facing bedroom enjoys direct access to the guest bathroom. Currently configured with three bedrooms and a den, this expansive layout could easily accommodate the addition of one or more bedrooms without sacrificing its generous living space.

Known as The Munitions building, 60 Warren was once the site of a warehouse for the Remington Arms Company, and later, a storage facility for champagne maker G.H. Mumm. Built in 1860 and converted to luxury boutique condominium use in 2000, residents of the pet-friendly red-brick Italianate building enjoy 24-hour doorman service, video security and storage.

Surrounded by Washington Market Park, Battery Park City Esplanade and City Hall Park, this outstanding location offers an ideal mix of Downtown allure and gorgeous green space. The Tribeca greenmarket and Whole Foods are nearby, and with direct access to Westfield World Trade, Brookfield Place and the revitalized Seaport District, you're close to some of the best shopping, dining and entertainment in the city. Transportation from this highly accessible neighborhood is unbeatable with A/C/E, 1/2/3, R/W, 4/5/6, J/Z and PATH trains, excellent bus service and CitiBikes all nearby.

Quick Profile

TriBeCa, named after the small geographic triangle below Canal Street. It’s not really a triangle, it's a quadrilateral and it's bounded by West Street, Broadway, and Chambers Street. It’s a little too late for a name change and besides, QuaBeCa doesn't sound half as cool as Tribeca.

One of New York City’s more notable acronymed neighborhoods, TriBeCa is known for its trendy boutiques, fabolous restaurants, historical landmarks, and resident celebrity lofts. It still holds the title of one of the coolest places to live in New York City.

TriBeCa is one of the first residential neighborhoods of New York City. Way back in 1700’s wealthy New Yorkers built homes and maintained gardens in what is now TriBeca.

Later in history it shifted from residential to warehouses, commerce and markets. After the Civil War, shipping hubs moved from the East River to the Hudson River and revitalized areas like the South Street Seaport and TriBeca. When shipping and commerce increased, the area soon became a favorite spot for wholesalers to store their goods in large industrial warehouses.

Just like its neighbor SoHo, TriBeCa boasts one of the world’s largest collections of wrought-iron facades and Neo-Grecian architecture.
