The twin terraces run the entire length of the apartment, each 100 feet, one facing north, the other south. The grand corner living room has views west and north including views of Central Park, and access to the north terrace. The adjacent bar area is perfectly suited for great entertaining. The onyx powder room is breathtaking. A wide hallway leads to the equally grand formal dining room with majestic views west and south including the iconic Empire State and the Chrysler Buildings. It is crowned with an incredible custom crystal chandelier and a glass temperature controlled and humidified wine display case spanning the entire length of the room. The true restaurant quality eat-in kitchen has 2 magnificent marble islands and a dining area overlooking the city. This wing of the apartment also has a beautifully appointed media room. The private primary bedroom suite is breathtaking. The corner bedroom faces east and north overlooking the East River and the city skyline. There is a home office with access to the terrace, two bathrooms, a dressing room plus numerous walk in closets, as well as a second large bedroom or additional home office. The guest bedroom wing has a private entrance from the elevator vestibule, each of the 3 bedrooms with a beautiful ensuite marble bathroom and access to the south terrace. Completing this wing is a laundry room and the apartment’s state-of-the-art mechanical and lighting panels. One Beacon Court is one of Manhattan’s most luxurious condominium residences. Built in 2005 and located on 58th Street between Lexington Avenue and Third Avenue, the building is part of the Bloomberg Tower complex. It neighbors Bloomberg L.P. as well as the upscale Le Cirque restaurant. Developed by Vornado Realty Trust and designed by the acclaimed Pelli Clarke Pelli Architects, One Beacon Court is a beautiful addition to the Manhattan skyline. Additionally, the renowned interior designer Jacques Grange is responsible for the warm, contemporary look of the building lobby and hallway spaces. One Beacon Court boasts an elegant, open lobby space with full-time doorman, sitting areas, and reception desk. Quintessentially is the building’s concierge service, and valet service for drivers is available. Amenities are located on the 29th Floor. This includes a fitness center complete with cardio equipment, barre exercise room, and massage room. The Resident Lounge/Business Center has east and south views and includes several sitting areas and a big screen television. A Children’s playroom with kitchen space is also included on this floor. Some apartments have coveted terrace space, and all apartments have floor-to-ceiling windows that draw in excellent sunlight. All apartments also have washer/dryer in unit, high ceilings, and generous space. Residences extend to the 55th floor, penthouse level, and the building attracts some of the most successful businesspeople, celebrities, and persons of note in the world. Midtown East | Manhattan

Quick Profile

Midtown West and Midtown East have a lot in common. They’re bustling, iconic, and full of people. But just like siblings, their personalities can be vastly different. Midtown East is a bit more sophisticated and doesn’t quite have the vivacity and unruliness that its westerly counterpart exudes.

Midtown East is bordered by 42nd to the south, 59th Street to the north, 5th Avenue to the west, and 3rd Avenue to the east.

The neighborhood is famous for its high-end stores, tourist attractions, posh hotels (budget ones too), and iconic architecture. Midtown East is also one of the largest financial and business hubs in Manhattan. During normal business hours the sidewalks are full of commuters and people moving from point A to point B. In the early evening, when the masses have left for the day, things suddenly get a little quieter and the sidewalks have a lot less foot traffic.

Although largely a commercial neighborhood, residential areas of Midtown East do exist on the eastern section of the neighborhood.

Grand Central Station is located in Midtown East and like Midtown West, it’s an extremely commutable neighborhood. The 4, 5, 6, 7 and S trains whisk people in and out of the neighborhood 24 hours a day. Grand Central Station also serves as a hub for New York State and Connecticut commuter rails. These trains can take you anywhere along the Hudson River or up into Connecticut. It’s perfect for day tripping.
