SWEEPING HUDSON RIVER VIEWS IN LUXURY TRIBECA CONDO Welcome to 12C at 200 Chambers Street, a stunning corner two-bedroom two-bathroom home with North and West exposures and unobstructed Hudson River views. With multiple exposures, this airy apartment is flooded with light. After entering a proper foyer with coat closet, the apartment opens up to a massive living and dining room surrounded by floor-to-ceiling windows overlooking the Hudson River, Hudson River Park, Battery Park City, and Tribeca. Enjoy park views from the comfort of the graciously sized living area, and host dinner overlooking the River in a dining space that can accommodate a large table with room for at least eight. The kitchen overlooks the living space and provides enough openness for a great room, but is tucked away enough to offer some privacy. It is well equipped with lava stone countertops, a marble backsplash, a Viking range, Sub-Zero refrigerator and Bosch dishwasher. On the opposite side of the apartment, the spacious primary bedroom comfortably fits a king-sized bed and side tables, with room for more furniture including a dresser, desk, and Peloton. There is no shortage of closet space with a true walk-in closet and a deep second closet. The en-suite five-piece bathroom has a double vanity, large soaking tub, separate shower and is outfitted in marble tile. No space was spared for the secondary bedroom which can easily fit a queen bed or be set up as an office or nursery. The second full bath is located just across the hall and is also appointed in marble finishes. The washer/dryer is next to the bathroom, accessible from the hallway. The apartment has hardwood floors and central heat and air. 200 Chambers is a full-service building with luxurious amenities in prime Tribeca. The building boasts an indoor pool, fitness center, rooftop terrace, children’s playroom, resident lounge, landscaped courtyard and bike room. Parking is accessible in the building. Hudson River Park, Pier 25 and Washington Market Park are outside the front door. It is located minutes from Whole Foods, Target, SoulCycle, Brookfield Place, Westfield Mall, Bed Bath & Beyond, and Eataly. Conveniently close to the A/C/E/1/2/3 and West Side Highway. Quick Profile

TriBeCa, named after the small geographic triangle below Canal Street. It’s not really a triangle, it's a quadrilateral and it's bounded by West Street, Broadway, and Chambers Street. It’s a little too late for a name change and besides, QuaBeCa doesn't sound half as cool as Tribeca.

One of New York City’s more notable acronymed neighborhoods, TriBeCa is known for its trendy boutiques, fabolous restaurants, historical landmarks, and resident celebrity lofts. It still holds the title of one of the coolest places to live in New York City.

TriBeCa is one of the first residential neighborhoods of New York City. Way back in 1700’s wealthy New Yorkers built homes and maintained gardens in what is now TriBeca.

Later in history it shifted from residential to warehouses, commerce and markets. After the Civil War, shipping hubs moved from the East River to the Hudson River and revitalized areas like the South Street Seaport and TriBeca. When shipping and commerce increased, the area soon became a favorite spot for wholesalers to store their goods in large industrial warehouses.

Just like its neighbor SoHo, TriBeCa boasts one of the world’s largest collections of wrought-iron facades and Neo-Grecian architecture.
