Property Description for 11 Harrison Street, 6

BRAND NEW GUT RENOVATION DOWN TO THE STUDS
MEGA LOW MONTHLIES
CONVERTIBLE THREE BEDROOM

Magnificent 2-bedroom plus office, 2.5-bathroom home located in prime TriBeCa on cobble stone Harrison Street. This incredible loft underwent a complete renovation down to the studs. The renovation was so extensive that an entire window exposure was added to the home on the Western side of the apartment. Natural sunlight drenches the beautifully apportioned home throughout the day.

A private key-locked elevator opens directly into the residence. The spacious great room views the iconic TriBeCa cityscape with three enormous windows in the living room and two windows in the kitchen and dining room.

Designed to entertain, the custom kitchen is masterfully delivered. The kitchen island is wrapped in hand selected marble imported from Italy. A chef's dream with new appliances from Wolf including induction cooktop, oven and convection steam oven. The paneled refrigerator/freezer is Sub-Zero. The wine fridge is Miele.

A hallway leads to the primary bedroom, secondary bedroom and interior office/den. The primary bedroom has a decorative fireplace wrapped in stone with hand-sculpted entertainment center fit with electricity. The primary bedroom has 1WTC views with two exposures facing South and West.

The windowed primary bathroom has a large glass enclosed shower with ceiling rainforest head, large Badeloft soaking tub, Brizo faucets and fixtures and Lapitec stone bathroom vanities. Heated marble floors. A well apportioned walk-in closet and dressing room is built by California Closets.

The secondary bedroom and office/den are accompanied by a full second bathroom. There is a beautiful half bathroom upon entry to the home along with ample storage and a coat closet.

Tribeca | Manhattan

Quick Profile

TriBeCa, named after the small geographic triangle below Canal Street. It’s not really a triangle, it's a quadrilateral and it's bounded by West Street, Broadway, and Chambers Street. It’s a little too late for a name change and besides, QuaBeCa doesn't sound half as cool as Tribeca.

One of New York City’s more notable acronymed neighborhoods, TriBeCa is known for its trendy boutiques, fabolous restaurants, historical landmarks, and resident celebrity lofts. It still holds the title of one of the coolest places to live in New York City.

TriBeCa is one of the first residential neighborhoods of New York City. Way back in 1700’s wealthy New Yorkers built homes and maintained gardens in what is now TriBeca.

Later in history it shifted from residential to warehouses, commerce and markets. After the Civil War, shipping hubs moved from the East River to the Hudson River and revitalized areas like the South Street Seaport and TriBeca. When shipping and commerce increased, the area soon became a favorite spot for wholesalers to store their goods in large industrial warehouses.

Just like its neighbor SoHo, TriBeCa boasts one of the world’s largest collections of wrought-iron facades and Neo-Grecian architecture.
