Property Description for 318 Cornelia Street, 2

Get ready for 318 Cornelia St to show you what amazing homes are made of!

This brand-new boutique condominium conversion features two beautiful units that amplify the calm Bushwick streets. The beauty of the historic facade with original brick combined with the everlasting charm of limestone typify how these magnificent homes used to look. 318 Cornelia offers a ground duplex with access to a private backyard and a triplex with a private roof deck.

The upper triplex boasts a massive living space that spans about 19' at its widest point. This creates a striking number of possibilities for interior design. Harnessing the afternoon natural light, 4 large double pane, high-quality Pella windows face the tree-lined street. The view is simply stunning. The open layout allows for effortless entertainment and interaction between family or a large party of guests.

The staggering custom kitchen cabinets bring storage functionality to the next level with boundless options to keep your cookware. The space features a high-end Bertazzoni 5 burner gas stove, vented Bertazzoni microwave, paneled Fisher & Paykel refrigerator, and a top-of-the-line Miele dishwasher. It's the dream of any chef at heart.

The first full bathroom is lined in a soft artesian blue vertical pattern tile. Relax in the deep soaking tub by Fine Fixtures with sleek chrome fixtures. A wall-hung toilet and radiant heated flooring keep things comfortable.

The back of this luxurious unit features two garden-facing bedrooms with their own thermostats for independent air quality comfort. The master bedroom has its own en-suite bathroom with a double sink, radiant heated floor, and Gerber brass finished fixtures that tie in with the smooth stacked Renzo Dove tiles. The extra-large walk-in closet ties complete the picture in this uniquely designed space.

318 Cornelia St sits between the neighborhood favorite Irving Square Park and Bushwick playground. The opportunity for outdoor activities is endless. Experience the taste of world cuisine at Golden Thai, Bushwick Taco Company, L'imprimerie, Ltauha or a classic piece of Brooklyn slice at Fazzio's pizza. Bushwick | Brooklyn

Quick Profile

As one of the most diverse neighborhoods in New York, Bushwick offers a perfect snapshot of just how multicultural the city is. Long-established as an amalgam of cultures and ethnicities, a wave of varying types of immigrants trickled in from the seventeenth to twentieth centuries, with Bushwick largely becoming a home to Hispanics of Puerto Rican and Dominican backgrounds by the latter part of the twentieth century.

With the Bushwick Initiative of the mid-00s that aided in revitalization, it became an attractive area to young professionals and artists. And even now, Bushwick has sustained affordable rent prices where other North Brooklyn counterparts, like Williamsburg and Greenpoint, have become more expensive. Priding itself on the weird and the wacky, numerous art collectives thrive in this part of Brooklyn, once famously named the seventh coolest neighborhood in the world by Vogue.

Though it has drawn in many tourists in recent years (there’s even a graffiti tour you can take from the Bushwick Collective), the neighborhood remains very much community-oriented, and has not been subject to quite the same sort of corporate infiltration phenomenon of its nearby Williamsburg environs.

But yes, of course, Bushwick has come a very long way from its 80s and 90s reputation as being “The Well,” a nickname given to it for its free-flowing and widely available amount of drugs (quantity over quality being the cliche applied here).
