Once a factory, now a stunning two-bedroom loft...

Entering the space, residents and guests are greeted by painted brick, wide-plank pine floors, and unparalleled light thanks to north facing windows and skylights. The 300+ sq/ft living room takes full advantage of the soaring angled ceiling which reaches 13 feet high at the front of the apartment.

The first bedroom houses a large window and includes a lofted bed above the door. The primary bedroom comes with three closets and sits on the raised center of the apartment. There is built-in storage beneath that center, as well as two separate working areas (one in the primary bed and one next to it).

The dining area can comfortably seat eight and the in-unit washer-dryer is next to the pantry. The chef's kitchen boasts stainless steel countertops with a massive marble backsplash. There are a pair of ovens as well as an over-sized sink. Both the dishwasher and the refrigerator are integrated with wood paneling. The six-burner Thermador range is vented, the window rakes in southern sun and there is a large marble island extending the counter space to accommodate a breakfast bar or prep station.

The Northlight is a 7-unit converted factory - there is roof access as well as shared bike storage. There is a service elevator for furniture move-in/out (not for daily use). The building is pet-friendly with heat & hot water covered in the common charges. There is a grocery store on the corner, the R train one block down the hill and the F & G trains seven blocks over.

South Slope and Greenwood Heights have food options for every eater. Greenwood Cemetery is a few blocks away and majestic Prospect Park is just up the hill. Every August, 17th street hosts the South Slope Derby, an annual soap box race that runs down the block.
