We look forward to presenting it .Some lovely prewar touches just embellishes this outstanding and unique Condo rental on a Prime North Carroll Gardens block. The preferred start date is JUNE 1 but owners are receptive to JUNE 15 applications.
You'll appreciate it proximity to the subway and a terrific Farmers Market on Sunday. A smoke-free dwelling and your pet is welcome if its trained and friendly ( one ).The Kitchen I would like to mention is very open and has so much storage with hi-end appliances. The double sided refrigerator (Frigidaire with ice maker ) is my favoriteJ.The owners are wonderful so have excellent references . We are not doing Virtual tours . We'll have a few days so your able to tour this incredible rental opportunity.Lastly, I have one question for you ? Have you read the highlights above ? So you know this rental has very high ceilings and both bedrooms are great size, each with two windows and have unobstructed views with lots of natural light as does the living space. Please also note this 4 unit Condo has VIDEO INTERCOM . So have it all; undoubtedly an extraordinary Carroll Gardens rental opportunity. I guess my last comment is the primary bedroom has an in-suite bathroom with JACUZZI.
