Meticulously gut-renovated and spacious, south-facing, SPLIT 2 bedroom, 2 full baths both with windows, gourmet windowed kitchen, and beautiful dining area are just some of the highlights found here.

This fully furnished Morningside Heights Co-op has an elevator, a stunning planted Roof Deck with breathtaking views, laundry in building, and is a half block from the two-plus mile long Riverside Park greenway and the serene Hudson River!

The split bedrooms give the 1st bedroom with private bath a secluded feel. The large south-facing 2nd bedroom has charming opaque glass sliding doors which can be opened to create a grand space flooded in natural light facing the quiet tree-lined street. Treat as a bright second bedroom, a guest room, a stunning home office, or an extended living area. The blue sofa bed is queen size and can also be moved to the living room.

Don't even bring a plate! This ultra-quiet, sun-drenched apartment has everything - think Airbnb but with your own lease! The open concept windowed kitchen is stocked with cookware and dinnerware, even countertop appliances. It has top-of-the-line appliances including a dishwasher. The living room, bedroom and dining room furniture are all included. Move in ready is an understatement.

The building has a live-in-superintendent and is spotless. It also offers bicycle storage and storage units if needed.

The large Roof Deck with panoramic view has a pergola, beautiful potted trees and plants, winding wooded benches, and tables & chairs from where you can watch the boats and the flow of the tranquil Hudson River and beyond.

Morningside Heights, a small neighborhood on Manhattans west side, sits high on a bluff anchored by Morningside and Riverside Parks on its east and west, and spans 110th to 122nd Sts. The relatively small neighborhood of Manhattan offers everything imaginable including dining options and large and small markets, cultural landmarks, sports & recreation centers, educational institutions and an otherwise thriving community.

Major Transportation lines, both subway and bus, are less than 3 blocks away.

--Available move-in date on/about August 1st.

Morningside Heights | Manhattan

Quick Profile

Due to the large number of institutes of higher learning that are housed within its borders, most notably Columbia University, Morningside Heights has a very definite college-town vibe. It has been dubbed the “Academic Acropolis,” both for the large number of schools and for the fact that the neighborhood is built high atop the Manhattan schist bluffs that are the geological bedrock of NYC. From this vantage point, which is the highest point of land in all of Manhattan, you can take in stunning views of upper Manhattan and the Hudson River. Sunsets are especially breathtaking from Riverside Park.

Walk through Morningside Heights and you’ll see a diverse population, especially when the schools are in session. It has a generally quiet atmosphere, bounded by large green spaces, dotted with small cafes, specialty stores, and restaurants that offer all manner of international cuisine. There is a modest nightlife consisting of intimate bars and small musical venues, many of which are open to the wee hours of the morning, and frequented by students.

Housing is primarily pre-war buildings that have larger apartments and beautiful architecture clustered around Broadway. You can find affordable walk-ups in low-rise buildings on the side streets. Many of the residential buildings in the area actually are owned by Columbia University.
