The one of a kind elevated industrial meets LA chic 3 bed 2.5 bath duplex penthouse loft is located on Bond Street, home to the hottest restaurants, boutiques, and Zero Bond. 3066 ft.2 of indoor space and 1000 ft.2 of private outdoor space. The size, layout, and private roof deck of this space is unrivaled. As you enter via the keyed elevator and walk into the beaming 16 foot ceiling skylit space, and take a second to gather yourself from the awe of it’s beauty, a powder room and bedroom with its own spa-like bathroom greet you to your right. As you walk past the chef’s kitchen and through the sunny living area, the master bedroom with an open en suite bathroom awaits you. The show stopping staircase on the main floor leads you up to a third room (which can be used as an additional bedroom or home gym) and an open office area. As you walk up the glass staircase to your private 1000 square-foot roof deck, you’re mesmerized by the glistening NYC views. The loft has a washer and dryer on the second floor, and a dishwasher in the kitchen. The entire space has just been fully renovated and the most gorgeous furniture (including the roof deck) has been handpicked by our beloved interior designer, which is all arriving mid May. We will begin showings then! We are ideally seeking a tenant from June/July to the end of September. This is perfect for someone who wants to spend their summer enjoying the magic that Noho and Soho have to offer! Open to various offers!

Noho | Manhattan

Quick Profile

NoHo, an acronym for North of Houston, is a trendy neighborhood with expansive lofts, chic shops, and hip eateries. It was once part of Greenwich Village, but as New York City changes and coolness always redefines itself, the neighborhood, which is more like a small nook, has morphed into a happening secession of its own.

Like many New York City neighborhoods, the boundaries are subjective and the exact location always depends on who you ask. Generally, NoHo is understood to be bounded by East Eighth Street to the north, East Houston Street to the south, Bowery Street to the east (which becomes Cooper Square north of East Fourth Street), and Broadway to the west.

It’s hard to believe that NoHo was once a sketchy no-man’s land with more than its share of dilapidated structures. These gentrified days, it’s a healthy mix of older buildings, renovated warehouses and newer construction by iconic architects. For such a small area, NoHo has three historic districts that cover much of the neighborhood.

Broadway, Bowery, and Lafayette is the business district of the neighborhood. You’ll find it all in this neck of the woods. From trendy one of a kind retailers to popular brand stores. It rivals its SoHo neighbor in places to shop.

Architecture buffs get your walking shoes on. There are many historical and modern buildings throughout the neighborhood. Colonnade Row, the Cable Building, and the Schermerhorn Building are just a few of the many notable buildings you’ll find.
