Apartment 10 is a one bedroom, one bathroom with 10 foot ceilings, windows in every room, including the kitchen and bathroom, with southern and eastern exposure. The spacious kitchen has full size appliances, plenty of cabinet space and a breakfast bar! There is currently no dishwasher, but a dishwasher is allowed to be installed with board approval.
