There is a good sized closet in the apartment and the space can be easily configured to accommodate a living and sleeping area; with ample area to store your belongings. The kitchenette has a refrigerator and microwave. The bathroom is off of the foyer and is windowed. At the corner of 8th Avenue and 3rd Street, the location is fantastic! The F & G trains are at 9th Street (entrance at 8th Ave for the 7th Avenue station). Prospect Park is a block away up 3rd Street and is a wonderful haven. 7th Avenue and 5th Avenue are great retail corridors for you to shop and dine. Laundry is in the basement and the apartment is subject to coop board application process and fees. Sorry no pets.
