The Eastbrook is a financially sound full-service building with welcoming 24/7 door attendants, live-in resident manager, planted roof deck, central laundry with newer machines, recently renovated hallways, storage (as available). The building is kept in tip-top shape! Subletting is permitted after two years for up to five years. Pied-a-terres, co-purchasing and pets all welcome with Board approval.
