Prime East Village

This stunning two-bedroom, two-bathroom condominium has undergone a meticulous renovation, ensuring every detail exudes sophistication and functionality. Spanning a generous 930 square feet, this light-filled sanctuary boasts soaring 11-foot ceilings and an expanse of extra-tall windows, which frame delightful southern neighborhood views and bathe the living/dining area in outstanding natural sunlight.

The like-new kitchen is a chef's dream, featuring quartz countertops, abundant cabinetry, and top-of-the-line stainless steel appliances, including a Bosch induction 4-burner range, an oversized Asko dishwasher, a Fisher & Paykel refrigerator, and a Miele washer-dryer. Smart blinds and fans, controlled via phone, add a touch of modern convenience to this elegant space.

Hardwood floors guide you to two large bedrooms, with the primary comfortably accommodating a king-size bedroom set. The updated bathrooms are a serene retreat, with a floating vanity in the primary en-suite bath and a large tub/shower in the guest bath. Additional closets and an in-unit washer-dryer complete this bright and spacious downtown haven.

The Theatre Condominium is an enclave where residents can unwind in the private sanctuary of a beautifully landscaped and furnished rooftop deck. Despite its central location, the double-paned, city-quiet windows ensure a peaceful living environment, allowing you to retreat from the city's hustle and bustle.

Nestled at the historic crossroads of Second Avenue and St. Marks Place, the Theatre Condominium stands as an elegant testament to 1920s charm. This 5-story boutique elevator building offers residents the perfect blend of historic allure and contemporary convenience, ideally positioned to enjoy the vibrant pulse of the East Village, Cooper Union, Greenwich Village, and NoHo. This coveted address places Michelin-starred eateries, trendy lounges, and iconic parks like Tompkins Square, Washington Square, and Union Square within easy reach. Excellent transportation options, including bus services and the 4/5/6, N/Q/R/W, and L subway lines, ensure seamless connectivity throughout the city.

East Village | Manhattan

Quick Profile

The East Village has two distinct moods. By day, it is quiet and peaceful. Everyone is out and about, either working or relaxing at Tompkins Square Park, strolling or jogging along the East River, or hanging out in one of the subsets of cultural activity, such as St. Mark’s Place.

But then night falls, and the East Village comes to life, keeping the entertainment and nightlife going long after the other neighborhoods have called it quits for the night. People from all five boroughs flock to the dive bars and speakeasies, head for their favorite cafes and restaurants, or drop in to a music venue to listen to hot tunes or cool jazz and dance the night away. Don’t worry, you don’t have to “know somebody” to gain admittance to even the most popular venues. You won’t find velvet ropes, bouncers, or and a waiting list at the door of most places. Just walk right in and enjoy yourself.

Be prepared for the increased population during fall through spring, when NYU is in session. College students will be everywhere, contributing to the youthful essense of the neighborhood.
