80 Park Ave, 4-C

Welcome to 80 Park Avenue. Apartment 4C is a recently renovated one-bedroom apartment facing south and on the quiet side of the building. There is a 24/7 doorman and laundry in the building. AC units and a dishwasher have been installed. No pets allowed. The first step is to get the unit owner's approval with standard rental documents. Inquire directly for the instructions. Once we select a tenant, we will move on to a standard lease agreement and the condo package for approval. We will collect the first month's rent and security deposit at the lease signing. Four letters of recommendation are needed for the condo application. The application and move-in fees are about $1,825 non-refundable and $1,500 refundable.
