72 1st Place is a wonderful rental opportunity if you like Carroll Gardens . It's also a top tree-line block very close to a 24/7 subway station at Carroll street . The rental draws amazing natural light ; beautiful flow and scale . While it lacks the perks many want it more than makes up for it with so many other outstanding characteristics including its location, appearance and understated beauty as well as its size. The unobstructed views both front and back are also delightful. The owner pays the heat and hot water and the renter pays other utilities they will set up with utility companies.
