For further convenience you'll be within close proximity to Trader Joe's, DUMBO Market and Whole Foods. The property is also located on a quiet and treeline street that is stone's throw to the A/C/F/G/2/3/4/5 transit lines.

This cavernous studio/loft is massive in size and scope (totaling over 700 square feet) with towering 13'0" ceilings. This unit is truly unique and is the personification of charming. Screaming sophisticated and industrial vibes this property is a must see. Exposed brick runs throughout one side of the wall enriching the home with character. The parallel wall is equipped with elegant book shelving and a ladder that enhances the sophisticated aesthetic

This loft is larger than many one-bedroom apartments and can be fully furnished to meet your needs. The living room is an open and inviting space that is great for entertaining (16'4" x 18'6"). This room can be utilized for a live/work setup (not limited to) for artists. This area is large enough for lounging with a formal section for dining. The only limits to the potential configuration is your imagination.

This sun-soaked property features South-Western exposure. The apartment also has a separate nook (8'2" x 17'1") that can also be utilized for dining or other options. The kitchen (8'5" x 6'11") is renovated with high-end stainless steel appliances (dishwasher), farm sink, subway tile back-splash and an abundance of cabinet/counter space. An extra island has also been smartly installed on the side. The bathroom has also been updated and features a bathtub. As an extra bonus the bathroom encompasses an in-unit washer/dryer.

If that isn't enough this apartment features a spiral staircase that leads to a sleeping loft. The loft (7'6" x 17'1") perched atop proudly overlooks the unit. The loft can accommodate a bedroom set and has a ceiling height of 5'5".

The icing on the cake is the historic sky track on the roof. Stroll or jog on the rooftop while taking in dramatic views of the NYC and Brooklyn skyline. The roof features different areas/alcoves for sitting/relaxing. This is a one of a kind feature. Make this gem your new home today!

Boerum Hill | Brooklyn

Quick Profile

Boerum Hill is a tiny, quiet, primarily residential neighborhood in Brooklyn. There are broad tree-lined streets that are filled with elegant three and four-story brownstones and townhouses, mostly built between 1840 and 1870. There is a definite family vibe to the neighborhood, but young professionals are moving in, and with them are coming trendy bars to cater to their desire for some measure of nightlife, without having to linger in Manhattan. These new bars and restaurants are being sandwiched in amongst existing shops on both Atlantic Avenue and Smith Street, which are the main commercial areas in Boerum Hill.

Boerum Hill offers a convenient location that is still able to maintain its small-neighborhood feel. Shopkeepers value their customers and remember their regulars. It continues to do what it was designed to do, namely provide small-town living in the very shadow of the big city. Boerum Hill is an easy commute to other parts of the city, making it easy to come home every day to the peace and tranquility of Boerum Hill while commuting to a job anywhere in the city.

The neighborhood is quite walkable and you can take the time to catch up with your neighbors while visiting on their stoops. Shopping on Atlantic Avenue is stress-free with no high pressure. You can meet with friends at any of the many coffee shops and while away pleasant hours in conversation. The dining scene on Smith Street is similarly laid-back. Don’t expect that there will be quite as much to see or do as there is in Manhattan, but there are a decent number of interesting bars and restaurants providing a measure of nightlife. The trade-off is worth it, as Boerum Hill provides a quiet, peaceful place to live and raise a family.
