This truly exceptional penthouse offers nearly 3,500 sq. ft. of grand interiors, complemented by a sprawling 1,400 sq. ft. private wraparound terrace—the largest in the building. Upon entering, you are immediately struck by the abundance of natural light streaming through an oversized skylight. The glass-encased eat-in kitchen has been thoughtfully expanded from its original layout, creating a seamless space for gathering, entertaining, and culinary pursuits. A built-in desk and dining area enhance the kitchen's functionality, making it a delightful place to spend your time. The impressive living and dining room spans a majestic 32 feet by 21 feet, with soaring 11.2-foot ceilings, three sets of French doors leading to the wraparound terrace, and four oversized arched windows that flood the space with light. A wood-burning fireplace serves as a stunning focal point, grounding this expansive living and entertaining area in warmth and elegance. Currently configured as a three-bedroom, three-bathroom home, the layout offers the flexibility to easily accommodate a fourth bedroom. The primary suite feels like a private sanctuary, featuring four closets (three of them walk-in), a separate windowed office, a dressing room, and direct access to the terrace. The ensuite bathroom is a spa-like retreat, bathed in light from a skylight and featuring a deep soaking tub, double vanity, water closet, and a large walk-in shower. The secondary bedroom and full bathroom are conveniently located next to the primary suite, while the exceptionally large third bedroom, with its own ensuite bathroom, offers the potential to be converted into two separate bedrooms if desired. The pièce de résistance is the 1,400 sq. ft. private terrace that wraps around the apartment, offering breathtaking views of the Hudson River, stunning sunsets, and the architectural beauty of Tribeca. This outdoor oasis provides an unparalleled setting for relaxation and entertaining, with a gas hookup for a grill or outdoor kitchen, making Residence PHC at the River Lofts the most luxurious and special penthouse apartment in Tribeca. Riverloft Condominiums, with addresses at 92 Laight St and 416 Washington St, is a distinguished two-building residential conversion of a former 19th-century cast iron and masonry warehouse, complemented by a newly built structure in 2004. This elegant full-service complex features two lobbies and offers the highest standards of living with 24-hour doorman service, a state-of-the-art fitness center, bicycle room, garden, and direct elevator access to the garage. Quick Profile

TriBeCa, named after the small geographic triangle below Canal Street. It’s not really a triangle, it's a quadrilateral and it's bounded by West Street, Broadway, and Chambers Street. It’s a little too late for a name change and besides, QuaBeCa doesn't sound half as cool as Tribeca.

One of New York City’s more notable acronymed neighborhoods, TriBeCa is known for its trendy boutiques, fabolous restaurants, historical landmarks, and resident celebrity lofts. It still holds the title of one of the coolest places to live in New York City.

TriBeCa is one of the first residential neighborhoods of New York City. Way back in 1700’s wealthy New Yorkers built homes and maintained gardens in what is now TriBeca.

Later in history it shifted from residential to warehouses, commerce and markets. After the Civil War, shipping hubs moved from the East River to the Hudson River and revitalized areas like the South Street Seaport and TriBeca. When shipping and commerce increased, the area soon became a favorite spot for wholesalers to store their goods in large industrial warehouses.

Just like its neighbor SoHo, TriBeCa boasts one of the world’s largest collections of wrought-iron facades and Neo-Grecian architecture.
