128 West 26th Street:

Amidst a limited collection of floor-through condo residences unit 13 stands as an exception. Currently, the only unit in the brand-new building that is for rent, the space is also on one of the highest floors in the building and boasts incredible light as a result. 128 W 26th St., Unit 13 is a 3-bedroom, 2 bathroom home, with direct elevator entry to the residence, and an advanced digital front door system. Nestled in one of the most fashionable neighborhoods in the city, this space is everything the posh New York experience should be .

The elevator opens to the living/entertainment space with all the light flooding through the room. The vast kitchen is open and adjacent to the entertainment/lounge space and features custom cabinetry by Bauformat, quartz countertops, and backsplash, and is complemented by a suite of luxury appliances, including Miele and Bertazzoni.
The North-facing bedroom is coterminous with the living room. This space is drenched in warm light most of the day and is flexibly outfitted to serve as a bedroom (with the addition of a wardrobe) or an office/studio space.
Just past the washer/dryer station, there is an additional full bathroom with a standing shower and radiant heat floors accessed via the gallery hall.

Two South-facing sleep spaces are secluded from the cooking/living space. The "king-size" primary suite hosts a private balcony, ensuite bathroom with a double vanity, soaking tub and standing shower, radiant heat floors, and 2 large closets.
Housing approximately 1,426 square feet, unit 13 is awash with light thanks to the floor-to-ceiling windows and 9+ foot ceilings. Wide engineered hardwood floors and central air are a theme throughout the space. Thoughtfully placed recessed lighting and an in-unit washer & dryer complete the provident fixtures of the home. Like icing on top, is access to a common roof deck with a grill and mesmerizing sky and city-skyline views.

128 W 26th St.'s Chelsea location is close to some of NYC’s best restaurants (11 Madison Park), entertainment, shopping, and galleries. Creature comforts like Whole Foods, Fairway Market, Eataly, Madison Square Park, Union Square Park, fitness clubs, dry cleaners, coffee shops, speakeasies, nightspots, and more, abound within short trips in any direction from this fantastic retreat. Proximity to the 1, R, and W train lines, Penn Station, and Herald Square make travel in, around, and out of the city very operative.

Chelsea | Manhattan

Quick Profile

The row houses portray the world-class architecture of Greek Revival, Italianate and Georgian styles. The population is both ethnically and socially diverse, which is reflected in the restaurants and retail businesses in the neighborhood.

Western Chelsea is the center of the NYC art world, where you will find more than 200 art galleries housed in rehabbed factories and warehouses, as well as in newly-constructed buildings.

While people of many different cultures call Chelsea home, it has been a mecca over the years for people in the LGBTQ community. One census reported that as many as 22% of its residents were gay couples. Eighth Avenue is a trendy area for LGBTQ-oriented dining and shopping. Although it no longer draws the LGBTQ population that it once did, Chelsea still has many popular alternative bars.

Chelsea is primarily residential, consisting of a mixture of diverse complexes, low-rise apartment blocks, tenements, townhouses, renovated row houses, and luxury high-rises.

Chelsea is an interesting and sought-after place to live, with unique clothing boutiques, restaurants, and delis representing cultures from around the world. In addition to its quirky establishments, Chelsea has fine dining restaurants and a vibrant, hip nightlife, which adds to its allure.

Chelsea is well-served by public transportation. At least six city bus routes traverse Chelsea. There are three NYC subway routes with stops on Seventh Avenue, three on Eighth Avenue, and two more on Sixth Avenue. The 34th Street - Hudson Yards Station opened in 2015 with its main entrance in Chelsea.
