Property Description for 212 Fifth Ave, 7-A

New Price, Tremendous Opportunity for a Celebrated Condominium Overlooking Madison Square Park.

Offering a substantial price adjustment for an ultra-luxurious reconfigured 3-bedroom, 2.5 bath home overlooking the leafy canopy of picturesque Madison Square Park - just in time for spring.

Perfectly positioned on the 7th floor, this exquisite corner apartment boasts a grand entrance foyer with book-matched marble and a wide hallway leading to a dramatic 35" great room with 11'4" ceilings with expansive windows enhancing the light and breathtaking park views . There is a completely redesigned open chef's eat-in kitchen that must be seen to be appreciated, and a spacious dining room/area with double exposures. This is the ultimate merger of classic and stylish modern living. Upon completion of the renovation, this home was featured in Architectural Digest.

The spacious primary bedroom suite, also with 11" 4" ceilings and large expansive picture windows, allows for design versatility with seating areas and a tranquil outlook of the always changing direct park views. There is a generous walk-in closet and sophisticated ensuite bath with both separate tub and shower, enclosed WC and double sinks set in stunning rose onyx. Radiant heated floors and heated towel racks complete the luxurious primary bathroom. Providing the ultimate in privacy, on the opposite side of the apartment, is an ultra chic guest bedroom with a new ensuite bath.

This premier Fifth Avenue condominium home has been meticulously transformed over the course of more than a year and features the highest-quality finishes, a new top of the line kitchen, a cozy and welcoming media room or third bedroom plus a functional and useful home office. The living room, powder room and bathrooms are bathed with Tadelakt, a traditional Moroccan finish, which lends moderate texture to its surfaces and plays well with natural light making for a chic and unique finish. This apartment does not have the typical developer's finishes - expect exquisite custom handmade mosaic tiles, fabulous new baths with all top of the line fixtures and fittings.

Enjoy the convenience of an in-home washer and dryer and central zoned air conditioning.

The apartment was previously configured as a 3 BR, 3.5 Bath home and could easily be returned to the former plan by simply adding the bathroom back where the home office currently is situated. See attached plans for reference.

This grand apartment is situated in a highly sought-after pre-war condominium that provides full-service amenities, including a spacious gym, catering kitchen, residents lounge, screening room, golf simulator, children's playroom, and Board Room. 212 Fifth Avenue is the epitome of luxury living for the most discerning residents. Do not miss the opportunity to make this exceptional residence your new home at a newly adjusted price.

NoMad | Manhattan

Quick Profile

NoMad, North of Madison Square Park, is a rectangular swath of land that is bordered by East 25th Street to the south, East 29th Street to the north, Sixth Avenue to the west, and depending who you ask, Madison or Lexington Avenue to the East. It’s had its acronymed name for over two decades but not every New Yorker calls the neighborhood NoMad.

Historic architecture, trendy hotels and restaurants and high-priced apartments - NoMad wasn’t always the coveted neighborhood that it is today. It’s gone through many transformations over the years. Including a red light district known as the Tenderloin in the 1880’s. It was a popular shopping destination and a place where high society held court in the mid 19th century. It was part of New York City’s Silicon Alley in the 1990’s.

As of lately, world class chefs and restaurants have moved into NoMad. It’s tied with Midtown Manhattan for having the most Michelin stars (six stars to date). Besides NoMad’s architecture, nightlife, and restaurants, we can’t forget the added perk of being close to other great neighborhoods and cultural institutions. NoMad’s central location makes it easier to get just about anywhere in the city. You can walk to Chelsea, West Village, Union Square or Grand Central Station in no time at all. The N, R, 1, 6, B, Q, F, and M are very close or just a few blocks away. Penn Station is also within walking distance.
