Hudson Yards boasts 14 acres of parks, plazas, and playgrounds, encircling the neighborhood with three exceptional city parks. Diller Scofidio + Renfro designed the 1.5-mile elevated park, known as the High Line, on which Fifteen Hudson Yards sits. Residents will also have direct access to the 500 waterfront acres of Hudson River Park, with 32 miles of jogging trails and bike paths on the greenways encircling Manhattan. Available March 1, 2025.

Technically, it's a destination with a residential element. But who cares at this point. It’s got shopping, art galleries, performance space, fabolous eateries and inspiring architecture. It’s a remarkable place to visit or live.
