Property Description for 641 Fifth Ave, 30-CD

Attention Investors! Now rented for 22,500 per month. Spanning nearly 3,100 square feet, this stunning 3-bedroom, 4-bathroom residence was designed by renowned architect Sergio Mercado, and has been featured in architectural magazines. The renovation seamlessly combined 2 units, offering a spacious layout. Notable features include motorized Lutron light-filtering and blackout shades in every room, a steam shower, and a versatile laundry room that can also serve as an office or guest bedroom.

The large corner living room offers North and East exposures with partial Central Park and East River views, plus sunlight streaming through the windows with views of St. Patrick's Cathedral. The living room is so large that a 4th bedroom could be created, please see alternate floorplan. The entire space is unified by 5-inch fumed white oak plank floors throughout.

The open Poggenpohl kitchen boasts a Quartzite waterfall countertop island with room for stools, matching Quartzite backsplash, and top-of-the-line appliances, including a Viking 6 burner induction cooktop, JennAir convection oven with separate microwave, Sub Zero refrigerator, a massive Sub Zero wine fridge measuring over 2 feet by 6 feet tall, Miele dishwasher, and a Miele hood. Gorgeous marble floors feature terracotta and white striations. An enormous eat-in counter made from a single tree trunk by Hudson Furniture spans the eastern windows.

All bedrooms have separate central heat and air conditioning with individual thermostats. The primary bedroom suite is privately separated by a floor-to-ceiling lockable door. It includes 2 spacious walk-in closets, bookshelves flanking both ends, and a luxurious en-suite bathroom with a rare Steam Shower and Toto washlet bidet.

All bathrooms feature unique rippled laser-fluted marble walls and brushed marble floors, with double vanities in the primary and second bathrooms. Robern medicine cabinets provide ample storage and outlets inside.

A 39-foot gallery leads to the primary bedroom suite, perfect for displaying large artwork. The second and third bedrooms are king-sized, each with custom storage systems. A separate laundry room with its own private entry ensures the utmost privacy and convenience. This room has access to a full bathroom and a stacked Miele washer/dryer. A private entrance from the building's hallway into this room makes this an ideal housekeeping or office quarter.

Olympic Tower, at 51st St and 5th Ave, offers discrete luxury living with 24-hour white glove concierge service, doorman, gym, valet parking, package room, bike storage, and an on-site management office. Past residents include Anne Hathaway and Nicholas Cage. The building features a 4-pipe HVAC system, an on-site generator, 4 elevators, and a service elevator.

Showings are by appointment only. LLC, corporate purchases, pieds- -terre, and rentals are allowed. 1% transfer fee. No dogs, but service dogs are welcome. Please note: taxes reflect primary residence abatement. Purchase as an LLC, corporation, or non primary resident will be approximately $ 5,771 per month.

Midtown East | Manhattan

Quick Profile

Midtown West and Midtown East have a lot in common. They’re bustling, iconic, and full of people. But just like siblings, their personalities can be vastly different. Midtown East is a bit more sophisticated and doesn’t quite have the vivacity and unruliness that its westerly counterpart exudes.

Midtown East is bordered by 42nd to the south, 59th Street to the north, 5th Avenue to the west, and 3rd Avenue to the east.

The neighborhood is famous for its high-end stores, tourist attractions, posh hotels (budget ones too), and iconic architecture. Midtown East is also one of the largest financial and business hubs in Manhattan. During normal business hours the sidewalks are full of commuters and people moving from point A to point B. In the early evening, when the masses have left for the day, things suddenly get a little quieter and the sidewalks have a lot less foot traffic.

Although largely a commercial neighborhood, residential areas of Midtown East do exist on the eastern section of the neighborhood.

Grand Central Station is located in Midtown East and like Midtown West, it’s an extremely commutable neighborhood. The 4, 5, 6, 7 and S trains whisk people in and out of the neighborhood 24 hours a day. Grand Central Station also serves as a hub for New York State and Connecticut commuter rails. These trains can take you anywhere along the Hudson River or up into Connecticut. It’s perfect for day tripping.
