The open floor plan has wood floors and includes a kitchen with a dishwasher and a huge living/dining room that fits a large table and a large couch. The living space also includes an office nook that can fit a good-sized desk. The apartment has 2 large bedrooms, wood floors and gets a lot of light. Both rooms have a lot of closet space. The first bedroom is the master bedroom and can comfortably fit a king size bed. The second bedroom is exactly the same in size and closet space. The bathroom (which includes a small tub) and a Washer/Dryer. The apartment is on the second floor (which is the top floor) of a walk-up building and the building only has one other apartment below, so it is very clean and quiet.
The apartment is a block away from the R train. It is also close to all restaurants on 5th Avenue and a short walk to all subways at Barclays Center. Pets allowed on approval of course!!

That said, it doesn’t mean that parents don’t know how to have a good time... a slew of bars constantly opening in the neighborhood ranging from the high-end cocktail saloon to the dive (well, by Park Slope standards, anyway).
