Property Description for 336 Humboldt Street, 3

Apologies - no pets. Available for a March 1 move-in. First showings will be Monday, 2/24.

Welcome to 336 Humboldt Street; a scrupulously re-imagined, boutique multi-family comprised of three (3) meticulously renovated, well-appointed residences. Resting on the corner of Humboldt Street and Ainslie Street, the building boasts a gorgeous white brick fa ade, complimented by matte-black, arched windows and a matte-black cornice harmonizing Brooklyn charm and modern elements for tasteful composition. Each residence comes with custom built-in/walk-in closets and an in-unit W/D.

Residence #3 is a well-proportioned one-bedroom (1BR), one-bathroom (1BA) generously designed with thoughtful intention. The original parquet flooring was completely redone and brought to life with a mocha finish, bringing a sense of contrast and warmth throughout. A unique collaboration of tasteful fixtures paired with a seamless blend of textures and styles create a picturesque redefinition of modern living.

The kitchen, outfitted with white and black checkered tile with light-grey veining incorporates another layer of depth, paired with lightly veined white & grey subway tile and countertops. White shaker cabinets outline this highly functional space and are complimented by matte black cabinet pulls. The kitchen comes equipped with stainless steel appliances comprised of both GE & Frigidaire including 5-burner gas stove, double-door refrigerator with an ice maker and water source, and a dishwasher.

The bedroom flaunts high, sloped ceilings and two large arched windows. Further progression into the bedroom is an en-suite walk in, custom built closet outfitted perfectly for a large wardrobe. A side-by-side Washer & Dryer is provided at the back of the closet with extra cabinetry for storage above.

The bathroom continues the cohesion of contrasting black and white design and is outfitted with a deep soaking tub and sliding glass door and paired nicely with black fixtures and a combination of white tiling.

336 Humboldt Street is located in Williamsburg on a tree-lined street and is close to but not limited to the surrounding neighborhood amenities: Sage, Bagelsmith, Mesa Coyoacan, Anthony & Son, Brooklyn Standard, Fortunado Brothers, Variety Coffee Roasters, The Graham, The Meat Hook, The Blue Stove, Grass Roots Juicery, Absolute Power Fitness, WillyB CrossFit, Pecoraro Latteria, Magdalene, an array of grocery stores, and more.

East Williamsburg | Brooklyn

Quick Profile

East Williamsburg is a mixed industrial neighborhood in Brooklyn, with many working factories that make everything from beer and wontons to clothing and concrete. You are likely to hear screeching, pounding and the deep thump of industrial machinery throughout the day. East Williamsburg has become a haven for artists and musicians of every description, who are attracted to the large open loft spaces of the converted industrial buildings. The area has attracted a younger crowd of 20- and 30-somethings that are drawn by affordable rents and a generally lower cost of living.

There is a rich history of immigrants from Puerto Rico and Italy, and oddly enough, they chose to settle on opposite ends of Graham Avenue, with the Italians on the north and the Puerto Ricans on the south.

Housing in the area consists of mid-rise apartment buildings, row houses, and public housing complexes. There are also smaller multi-family apartment buildings available. Lofts are becoming more prevalent as the older, abandoned factory buildings come up for sale and are converted into residential properties.

East Williamsburgfairly pulses with a creative vibe. There are unique shopping venues, numerous tiny coffee shops, interesting restaurants, and cafes, along with food trucks that frequent the area. The grocery stores are affordable and carry a wide variety of goods that appeal to the eclectic tastes of the neighborhood residents.

There is a vibrant bar scene, where you will find mostly local residents imbibing, so it is easy to make friends among your neighbors if you stop in frequently at your favorite watering hole. There are many interesting shops, bars and restaurants tucked in amongst the warehouses and factories. Many do not invest in elaborate signage, so it can be difficult to find some of the best spots. Keep an eye out for hand-painted signs on the sides of buildings with arrows pointing to nondescript, nearly invisible entrances.
