THE TROPHY ON TOP

Perched over 500 feet above Manhattan's skyline on the highest residential floor of The Ritz-Carlton NoMad, this stunning 2-bedroom, 2.5-bath corner penthouse offers sweeping, unobstructed views-from the Empire State Building all the way down to One World Trade Center, the Statue of Liberty, and beyond.

Delivered fully furnished and move-in ready, Penthouse 43A presents a rare opportunity as a luxury pied- -terre or an income-producing investment. Owners, their families, and guests may enjoy the residence for up to 120 nights per year, while The Ritz-Carlton's expertly managed Rental Program offers seamless nightly, weekly, or monthly leasing options when not in use. Based off Q4 2024 net profits, projected annual potential to owner could reach approximately $1,000,000.

Designed with sophistication and comfort in mind, the residence features 10-foot ceilings, expansive picture windows, and integrated lighting, sound, and climate systems. Custom white oak flooring and millwork run throughout. The Poliform kitchen is equipped with honed Quartzite countertops and island, bronzed glass cabinetry, and a full suite of Miele appliances-including dual-speed steam and convection ovens, an induction cooktop, and dual-zone wine storage-making it ideal for entertaining or relaxing in style.

The layout smartly separates the primary bedroom suite from the guest bedroom via a gracious gallery hall, allowing for two independent living experiences. Both the primary and secondary bathrooms exude spa-like luxury with Bardiglio Nuvolato marble, Duravit soaking tubs, Dornbracht fixtures, and custom-carved Terrazzo double sinks. Additional features include a separate powder room, Miele washer and dryer, Lutron lighting and drapery controls, and a private owner's closet.

Designed by world-renowned architect Rafael Vi oly, this exceptional home is complemented by The Ritz-Carlton's legendary service and world-class amenities. Enjoy dining from Michelin-starred Chef Jos Andr s at Zaytinya and The Bazaar, in-residence dining, and the exclusive rooftop bar, Nubeluz.

Residents also have access to 24/7 concierge and staff, the 36th-floor Ritz-Carlton Club Lounge, a dedicated wellness floor with the Signature Spa, versatile event spaces (some with soaring 17-foot ceilings), business services, and a 3,500-square-foot outdoor terrace with views over the historic NoMad district.

Ideally located just north of Madison Square Park in the vibrant NoMad neighborhood, this residence sits in the heart of one of New York's most dynamic culinary destinations- from Eataly, the Union Square Farmers Market, and more Michelin-starred restaurants than anywhere else downtown.

NoMad | Manhattan

Quick Profile

NoMad, North of Madison Square Park, is a rectangular swath of land that is bordered by East 25th Street to the south, East 29th Street to the north, Sixth Avenue to the west, and depending who you ask, Madison or Lexington Avenue to the East. It’s had its acronymed name for over two decades but not every New Yorker calls the neighborhood NoMad.

Historic architecture, trendy hotels and restaurants and high-priced apartments - NoMad wasn’t always the coveted neighborhood that it is today. It’s gone through many transformations over the years. Including a red light district known as the Tenderloin in the 1880’s. It was a popular shopping destination and a place where high society held court in the mid 19th century. It was part of New York City’s Silicon Alley in the 1990’s.

As of lately, world class chefs and restaurants have moved into NoMad. It’s tied with Midtown Manhattan for having the most Michelin stars (six stars to date). Besides NoMad’s architecture, nightlife, and restaurants, we can’t forget the added perk of being close to other great neighborhoods and cultural institutions. NoMad’s central location makes it easier to get just about anywhere in the city. You can walk to Chelsea, West Village, Union Square or Grand Central Station in no time at all. The N, R, 1, 6, B, Q, F, and M are very close or just a few blocks away. Penn Station is also within walking distance.
