Now available for rent, Residence 4C at 45 East 7th Street is a bright and elegant two-bedroom, two-bathroom corner home featuring a nearly 100-square-foot private balcony and open Village views. With south and east exposures, oversized seven-foot European-style windows, and nine-foot ceilings in the living area, the home is filled with natural light throughout the day.

The spacious open-concept layout is anchored by a large living and dining area with custom-stained, nine-inch wide white oak flooring. The adjacent chef's kitchen is outfitted with matte-finish, two-tone cabinetry by Adjmi, super white marble slab countertops and backsplash, and a top-of-the-line Miele appliance suite including a vented range, integrated refrigerator with icemaker, microwave, and dishwasher.

The primary bedroom offers excellent proportions, a custom walk-in closet, and a beautifully appointed en-suite bathroom with dual vanities, a deep soaking tub, a separate glass-enclosed shower with rain-head fixture, radiant heated floors, and a recessed medicine cabinet. The secondary bedroom is well-sized with easy access to the second bathroom, which features a deep soaking tub, honed terrazzo tile flooring, and a clean, modern aesthetic.

Additional interior features include central VRF heating and cooling, a closeted Bosch washer and dryer, garbage disposal, and smart home pre-wiring for automation of lighting, shades, intercom, and surround sound.

Designed by acclaimed architect Morris Adjmi, 45 East 7th Street is a highly desired boutique condominium offering a curated collection of just 21 residences at the nexus of Astor Place, the East Village, NoHo, and the Bowery. East Village | Manhattan

Quick Profile

The East Village has two distinct moods. By day, it is quiet and peaceful. Everyone is out and about, either working or relaxing at Tompkins Square Park, strolling or jogging along the East River, or hanging out in one of the subsets of cultural activity, such as St. Mark’s Place.

But then night falls, and the East Village comes to life, keeping the entertainment and nightlife going long after the other neighborhoods have called it quits for the night. People from all five boroughs flock to the dive bars and speakeasies, head for their favorite cafes and restaurants, or drop in to a music venue to listen to hot tunes or cool jazz and dance the night away. Don’t worry, you don’t have to “know somebody” to gain admittance to even the most popular venues. You won’t find velvet ropes, bouncers, or and a waiting list at the door of most places. Just walk right in and enjoy yourself.

Be prepared for the increased population during fall through spring, when NYU is in session. College students will be everywhere, contributing to the youthful essense of the neighborhood.
