Property Description for 241 West Broadway, 4

One-day approval and no additional fees. Be the first to live in this newly renovated home, tucked along a quiet stretch of West Broadway in the heart of Tribeca. This full-floor loft offers a rare balance of authenticity, scale, and sophisticated design. A keyed elevator opens directly into the residence, where a gracious entry hall introduces the home’s generous proportions and distinct architectural character. Original wooden columns, exposed brick, and beamed ceilings pay homage to the building’s industrial roots. The unit has just completed a meticulous gut-to-the-studs renovation and is now ready for its first resident. The large great room is framed by oversized western-facing windows, bathing the space in natural light and showcasing views toward the Hudson. With ample room for both formal living and dining, this central gathering space is designed for versatility, equally well suited for quiet evenings at home as it is for entertaining on a larger scale. A full bathroom is tucked just off the entertaining space, offering added convenience for guests. The adjacent kitchen was designed with both aesthetics and performance in mind. Outfitted with top-of-the-line Wolf, Miele & Sub-Zero appliances and custom cabinetry, it’s centered by a generously sized island that anchors the space and invites conversation. Seamlessly connected to the living and dining areas, the kitchen feels both open and purposeful, ideal for those who love to cook or entertain. The primary suite is a tranquil retreat bathed in natural light. It features two dressing areas and a windowed, five-fixture bathroom finished in warm marble throughout. Two secondary bedrooms are situated toward the rear of the home, each well-proportioned and thoughtfully appointed, sharing access to a beautifully finished third bathroom. The home features a vented full-size washer and dryer, as well as central HVAC. If requested, the owner will create a 4th bedroom space as shown on the layout floor plan. 241-243 West Broadway is an intimate, boutique loft building in the center of Tribeca, offering direct elevator access, a virtual doorman, package room, and on-site super. Set moments from some of the neighborhood’s most celebrated restaurants, design studios, and galleries, including One White Street, Frenchette, and Rigor Hill, it offers a front row seat to one of downtown Manhattan’s most sought-after enclaves, while maintaining a sense of privacy and calm that remains increasingly rare. Furnished option available, inquire for rates. Pets are considered on a case-by-case basis.

Quick Profile

TriBeCa, named after the small geographic triangle below Canal Street. It’s not really a triangle, it's a quadrilateral and it's bounded by West Street, Broadway, and Chambers Street. It’s a little too late for a name change and besides, QuaBeCa doesn't sound half as cool as Tribeca.

One of New York City’s more notable acronymed neighborhoods, TriBeCa is known for its trendy boutiques, fabolous restaurants, historical landmarks, and resident celebrity lofts. It still holds the title of one of the coolest places to live in New York City.

TriBeCa is one of the first residential neighborhoods of New York City. Way back in 1700’s wealthy New Yorkers built homes and maintained gardens in what is now TriBeca.

Later in history it shifted from residential to warehouses, commerce and markets. After the Civil War, shipping hubs moved from the East River to the Hudson River and revitalized areas like the South Street Seaport and TriBeca. When shipping and commerce increased, the area soon became a favorite spot for wholesalers to store their goods in large industrial warehouses.

Just like its neighbor SoHo, TriBeCa boasts one of the world’s largest collections of wrought-iron facades and Neo-Grecian architecture.
