Property Description for 202 Seeley Street, 2-B

Perched on the second floor of a well-maintained elevator building on coveted Seeley Street, this sun-drenched corner unit beautifully combines classic charm with modern convenience. The freshly renovated open layout is highlighted by pristine hardwood floors and abundant natural light throughout.

Step into a generous foyer—ideal for a home office—with expansive custom closets, then continue into a warm, inviting living room that flows effortlessly into the bright, windowed, open-concept kitchen and dining area. The kitchen features rich wooden cabinetry, elegant granite countertops and backsplash, and a sleek suite of stainless-steel appliances, including a Bosch dishwasher and brand-new LG built-in microwave and stove with integrated air fryer. A convenient breakfast bar completes the space.

Bright and generously sized, the corner bedroom easily accommodates a king-size bed and additional furnishings. Closet space is plentiful, featuring an enormous walk-in closet created by merging multiple closets and thoughtfully outfitted by California Closets.

The spacious, renovated, windowed bathroom boasts a contemporary aesthetic. While the current layout is beautifully executed, several walls are removable, allowing for customization of the floor plan—many units in this line have been transformed into two-bedroom layouts. Alternate floor plan renderings are available to showcase the unit’s versatility.

This cat-friendly building offers lush, professionally landscaped grounds and a renovated laundry room equipped with stainless steel machines on a convenient card system. Additional amenities include waiting-list parking garage and secure storage, basement bicycle storage, and attentive onsite superintendent and porters, all overseen by a professional management company. Recent upgrades include a ButterflyMX video intercom with smartphone access, refreshed common areas, and polished terrazzo floors in the lobby.

Ideally situated just steps from Prospect Park—near the lake, Duck Island, and Vanderbilt Playground—this Windsor Terrace gem provides easy access to transit (B68 bus in 2 minutes, F/G trains in 6 minutes) and the vibrant offerings of Windsor Terrace and Park Slope. Local favorites include Le Paddock, Krupa Grocery, Double Windsor, Poetica Café, Windsor Farms, the Bartel-Pritchard Square Greenmarket, and Nitehawk Cinema.

A stunning, sunlit park-side oasis—your new home awaits!

Windsor Terrace | Brooklyn

Quick Profile

The tiny, comma-shaped neighborhood of Windsor Terrace is bookended between two of Brooklyn’s largest green spaces, Prospect Park and the massive Green-Wood cemetery. Aside from the presence of the Prospect Park Expressway, which dissects the neighborhood in two, this residential community offers a suburban sensibility with its tree-lined streets, low volume traffic and the low height character of its streetscape.

Many homes in the area are low to the ground, lending a suburban feel to the neighborhood, and the area has been down-zoned to maintain its low-rise appeal and character. There are plentiful brick row houses that have very low turnover. If you are lucky enough to buy or rent one, you tend to hold on to it. There are also small apartment buildings, private homes, condos and multi-family homes in a wide price range

There is commercial development along Prospect Park West, Fort Hamilton Parkway and Prospect Avenue, but even these new stores and restaurants are mostly family-owned and operated, maintaining the small-town charm. The pace of life is slower. The schools are good, which is a big draw for families with young children. The people are friendly, which gives a real sense of neighborhood and community to Windsor Terrace.
