Due to the condo process it is crucial that you have flexibility on your move in date as your actual move in date may end up being later than the date on the lease. Renting in a condo brings additional one-time condo application fees paid directly to the condo board & building management. You will not be denied by the board as long as you meet the standard NYC financial requirements.
