As seen in Dwell, the chef-inspired kitchen is a culinary dream. Equipped with premium Cafe appliances, a wine fridge, custom cabinetry and unique floor tiles, it’s as beautiful as it is efficient. The two-level island with counter seating maximizes storage and prep space while the cozy dining alcove with a built-in banquette makes hosting a breeze. Indoor-outdoor living is easy with the balcony just off of your living room, the peaceful terrace off of your bedroom, and the spiral staircase taking you to your private roof deck - a perfect place for al fresco dining or lounging. At the back of the apartment, the king-sized bedroom is a quiet retreat, with eastern and southern light and dual closets, one with a washer/dryer, the other deep enough to feel like a walk-in. The renovated bathroom is calming, featuring chic terrazzo floors, a large walk-in shower with smooth plaster walls, soft lighting, and brass finishes—great for unwinding after a long day. Low common charges and the coveted 412a tax abatement (in place until 2030) keep your monthly costs down while enjoying the perks of high-quality Brooklyn living.

Bedford Stuyvesant | Brooklyn

Quick Profile

Known for its historic brownstones and tight-knit enclave, Bed-Stuy has increasingly left behind its early reputation for being a “bedroom community” and transcended into a highly desirable neighborhood.

Distinct for its aesthetic, it is populated with ornate buildings characterized by cornices, friezes, finials, fluting and other marks of classic architecture. Built up during the period from 1870 to 1900, its historic district runs to the north of Jefferson Avenue, to the east of Malcolm X Boulevard and to the west of Tompkins Avenue.

At one point known as “Brooklyn’s Little Harlem,” the shape of the area has shifted toward attracting a wider demographic of people thanks to the influx of bars, restaurants, antique furniture stores and vintage boutiques. More police enforcement paired with the decline of the crack epidemic at the beginning of the 2000s also opened the door for increased development, as well as the occupation of formerly abandoned buildings and spaces.
