Any sum of Rent or Additional Rent not paid within five (5) days of the date due shall be subject to a late fee of the lesser of (i) $50.00, or (ii) five percent (5%) of the unpaid amount. Interest shall also be payable on the aforesaid late Rent or Additional Rent beginning thirty (30) days from the due date, such interest accruing at the lesser of (i) the maximum amount allowable by law, or (ii) one and one-half percent per month (1.5%), until the late Rent or Additional Rent is paid in full.
All the apartments on 3-10 are sub-metered and those tenants are billed for utilities through their rent statements
