Property Description for 100 Barclay Street, 15-H

Tucked into the historic bones of a Ralph Walker-designed architectural masterpiece, Residence 15H at 100 Barclay Street offers nearly 1,800 square feet of thoughtfully designed living space, pairing quiet sophistication with the comforts of modern luxury.

This spacious split two-bedroom layout includes a versatile home office and three full bathrooms, all set against a backdrop of soaring ceilings, wide-plank white oak floors, and a soft flood of natural light from oversized windows. The palette is warm, the proportions are generous, and every detail feels intentionally elevated.

The open kitchen is designed to blend seamlessly into the living space while anchoring it with elegance. Crafted Italian oak cabinetry, honed Calacatta Gold marble countertops, and a waterfall island with seating create a striking focal point. High-performance appliances-including a 36-inch Sub-Zero refrigerator, Sub-Zero wine storage, a Wolf gas range with a vented hood, and Miele speed oven and dishwasher-make everyday living feel effortless.

The primary suite is a true retreat, tucked away for privacy and offering a large walk-in closet, three additional linear closets, and motorized blackout shades. The en-suite bath is beautifully appointed with Waterworks fixtures, a soaking tub, separate glass-enclosed shower, double vanity, radiant-heated Calacatta marble floors, and a Toto toilet.

The second bedroom features its own well-appointed marble bath and generous closet space. A third full bathroom, a fully outfitted pantry, multi-zone central HVAC, a vented LG washer and dryer, and a deeded storage room on the same floor complete the offering.

100 Barclay Street is one of downtown Manhattan's most discreet and timeless addresses. Originally built in 1927 and thoughtfully converted to condominium residences, the building honors its architectural legacy while offering over 40,000 square feet of amenity space curated for modern life.

Residents enjoy a Wright Fit-designed fitness center, an 82-foot heated lap pool, a family pool, sauna, steam room, treatment rooms as well as a wellness concierge, media lounge, billiards room, wine tasting room, children's and teen lounges, a playroom, multiple landscaped terraces with BBQ stations, private dining and entertaining spaces, and high-speed Wi-Fi throughout. A full-time doorman, concierge, and dedicated service staff ensure a seamless lifestyle.

Located at the nexus of Tribeca, Battery Park, and the Financial District, 100 Barclay is moments from the Hudson River waterfront, world-class dining, and nearly every major subway line-yet it feels like a quiet oasis all its own.

Quick Profile

TriBeCa, named after the small geographic triangle below Canal Street. It’s not really a triangle, it's a quadrilateral and it's bounded by West Street, Broadway, and Chambers Street. It’s a little too late for a name change and besides, QuaBeCa doesn't sound half as cool as Tribeca.

One of New York City’s more notable acronymed neighborhoods, TriBeCa is known for its trendy boutiques, fabolous restaurants, historical landmarks, and resident celebrity lofts. It still holds the title of one of the coolest places to live in New York City.

TriBeCa is one of the first residential neighborhoods of New York City. Way back in 1700’s wealthy New Yorkers built homes and maintained gardens in what is now TriBeca.

Later in history it shifted from residential to warehouses, commerce and markets. After the Civil War, shipping hubs moved from the East River to the Hudson River and revitalized areas like the South Street Seaport and TriBeca. When shipping and commerce increased, the area soon became a favorite spot for wholesalers to store their goods in large industrial warehouses.

Just like its neighbor SoHo, TriBeCa boasts one of the world’s largest collections of wrought-iron facades and Neo-Grecian architecture.
