The Fees associated with this unit are as follows:
- First month's rent: $14,000
- Security Deposit: $14,000
- Move-in fee: $1,000
- Digital Submission Fee: $65
- 5% Digital Fee (imposed by Domecile) of the online fees for condo application ($1,000 x .05 $50)
- Renter's Insurance: TBD based on provider. Applicant is required to obtain renters and liability insurance covering up to $1,000,000.
- Key replacement fee: Up to $250
- Late Fees on Rental Payments: A late fee of $50 or 5% of the monthly rent, whichever is less, may be charged for rent payments received more than five (5) days after the due date.
- Dishonored Check Fee: A fee of $50 may be charged for any check returned for insufficient funds or other reasons.
- Incoming Wire Fees: A fee of $30 may be charged in the event that rent or additional rent is paid via wire transfer and the Landlord's bank charges incoming wire fees.
- Cleaning Fees (upon vacating): Up to $600 if apartment is not left in broom-swept condition.
