Property Description for 301 Park Ave, 1912

Be the first to live in the most luxurious, fully-furnished two bedroom in the legendary Waldorf Astoria, offered as part of an exclusive collaboration with B&B Italia. Enjoy hotel-like amenities such as top-of-the line bedding, a fully-stocked kitchen with glassware, dishware, and cutlery, and high-end motorized window treatments.

Conceived by internationally renowned designer Jean-Louis Deniot, this home seamlessly balances contemporary comforts with old-world grandeur. Signature details include a dedicated Concierge Closet, keyless entry, a grand entry foyer with marble floors and brass inlays, ceiling coves, herringbone-patterned floors, oversized paneled doors, and expansive walk-in closets.

The open chef's kitchen, features custom wood and lacquer cabinetry by Molteni & C with integrated Gaggenau appliances-ranging from a five-burner gas cooktop and double ovens to a wine refrigerator and fully vented range hood. Polished Arabescato quartzite counters and backsplashes, finished with beveled edges and nickel fixtures, elevate the space with a sculptural quality.

The serene primary suite is complemented by a high-end walk-in custom closet with integrated lighting and a built-in desk. The spa-inspired bath is clad in floor-to-ceiling Bianca Carrara marble. A custom double vanity in Luna Gray marble, radiant heated mosaic marble floors, and an exquisite freestanding soaking tub framed by a bespoke wall mirror and polished nickel fixtures evoke a private sanctuary.

The secondary bath continues the narrative of quiet opulence with honed marble finishes, a custom vanity, and polished nickel fittings, while the powder room is a refined statement of luxury.

Please note the furniture in the photos is not exactly the same, but similar to the furniture being delivered to the unit. Final furniture pieces will arrive on September 10.

For nearly a century, the Waldorf Astoria has stood as an international symbol of glamour and prestige-home to royalty, dignitaries, and Hollywood's elite. Its extraordinary restoration by Skidmore, Owings & Merrill returns this Art Deco icon to its former glory while reimagining it for a new era of sophisticated living. Midtown East | Manhattan

Quick Profile

Midtown West and Midtown East have a lot in common. They’re bustling, iconic, and full of people. But just like siblings, their personalities can be vastly different. Midtown East is a bit more sophisticated and doesn’t quite have the vivacity and unruliness that its westerly counterpart exudes.

Midtown East is bordered by 42nd to the south, 59th Street to the north, 5th Avenue to the west, and 3rd Avenue to the east.

The neighborhood is famous for its high-end stores, tourist attractions, posh hotels (budget ones too), and iconic architecture. Midtown East is also one of the largest financial and business hubs in Manhattan. During normal business hours the sidewalks are full of commuters and people moving from point A to point B. In the early evening, when the masses have left for the day, things suddenly get a little quieter and the sidewalks have a lot less foot traffic.

Although largely a commercial neighborhood, residential areas of Midtown East do exist on the eastern section of the neighborhood.

Grand Central Station is located in Midtown East and like Midtown West, it’s an extremely commutable neighborhood. The 4, 5, 6, 7 and S trains whisk people in and out of the neighborhood 24 hours a day. Grand Central Station also serves as a hub for New York State and Connecticut commuter rails. These trains can take you anywhere along the Hudson River or up into Connecticut. It’s perfect for day tripping.
