Elevated Living in the Heart of Tribeca - Residence 19B at Tower 270

Commanding an exceptional vantage point high above the city, Residence 19B at Tower 270 is a turnkey three-bedroom, three-and-a-half-bathroom home offering refined finishes, timeless elegance, and sweeping city and river views-all in one of Tribeca's most convenient locations.

Set within a beautifully restored pre-war, Art Deco tower, this meticulously designed residence combines historic charm with sophisticated modern finishes. A gracious, oversized entry foyer welcomes you into the home and flows seamlessly into the expansive great room. Spanning over 40 feet, the living and dining area is bathed in natural light from a wall of oversized windows that frame skyline and Hudson River vistas. The custom Poliform chef's kitchen is a study in form and function, featuring custom walnut cabinetry, Miele and Sub-Zero appliances, and ample prep and storage space to accommodate everything from quiet meals at home to large-scale dinner parties.

Privately tucked away from the entertaining spaces, the bedroom wing is accessed via a gallery hall-perfect for showcasing an art collection. The serene corner primary suite enjoys breathtaking western views of the Hudson River and offers a spacious layout, complete with a luxurious windowed ensuite bath featuring dual vanities, a glass-enclosed shower, and heated marble floors. Two additional well-proportioned bedrooms-one with its own ensuite bath-offer incredible versatility for guest rooms, a home office, or den.

Additional highlights of 19B include newly refinished walnut flooring throughout, in-unit washer/dryer, through-wall climate control, electric shades, and ample closet space. For added convenience, the home includes dedicated storage located on the same floor, as well as an additional large storage unit on the building's ground floor.

Originally built in 1930 as a federal office building and reimagined as a full-service condominium, Tower 270 offers residents an elevated lifestyle with 24-hour doorman and concierge services, multiple fitness centers, playroom, conference room and a spectacular rooftop terrace with panoramic views of the Manhattan skyline. Recently renovated hallways and the completion of Local Law 11 further enhance the long-term value and appeal of this exceptional building.

Tribeca | Manhattan

Quick Profile

TriBeCa, named after the small geographic triangle below Canal Street. It’s not really a triangle, it's a quadrilateral and it's bounded by West Street, Broadway, and Chambers Street. It’s a little too late for a name change and besides, QuaBeCa doesn't sound half as cool as Tribeca.

One of New York City’s more notable acronymed neighborhoods, TriBeCa is known for its trendy boutiques, fabolous restaurants, historical landmarks, and resident celebrity lofts. It still holds the title of one of the coolest places to live in New York City.

TriBeCa is one of the first residential neighborhoods of New York City. Way back in 1700’s wealthy New Yorkers built homes and maintained gardens in what is now TriBeca.

Later in history it shifted from residential to warehouses, commerce and markets. After the Civil War, shipping hubs moved from the East River to the Hudson River and revitalized areas like the South Street Seaport and TriBeca. When shipping and commerce increased, the area soon became a favorite spot for wholesalers to store their goods in large industrial warehouses.

Just like its neighbor SoHo, TriBeCa boasts one of the world’s largest collections of wrought-iron facades and Neo-Grecian architecture.
