Move in & start living | Where lifestyle, design, convenience, and elegance meet in perfect harmony. Truly turnkey and impeccably curated, this sophisticated alcove studio is offered fully furnished with custom pieces from Resource Furniture of New York City. More reminiscent of a five-star designer suite than an apartment, the residence is sleek, luminous, and thoughtfully composed, with three oversized windows framing open northern skyline and High Line views. Walnut herringbone floors and soaring ceilings establish a refined modern backdrop. The open, windowed kitchen is a statement in form and function, featuring Bianco Dolomiti marble countertops and backsplash, a Miele oven and dishwasher, Sub-Zero refrigerator drawers, and a Bertazzoni gas cooktop, all wrapped in rich, custom cabinetry. The spa-like marble bath offers a tranquil retreat, while the intelligent furnishings elevate everyday living. An LGM Rotating Queen Murphy Bed with integrated library, custom sofas that convert into two twin beds, and bespoke storage solutions allow the home to transform effortlessly from lounge to sleeping quarters, accommodating up to four guests. Integrated Lutron shades and lighting complete the experience. Every detail has been considered. Every piece is included. A rare opportunity to own a fully furnished, design-forward residence where nothing is needed but your suitcase. This is more than a studio—it’s a complete lifestyle, where design, convenience, and elegance meet in perfect harmony. At The Marais, everyday life comes with a hotel-style guest list of amenities: a 24/7 doorman who greets you like a VIP, the ease of a live-in superintendent, and spaces designed for gathering and unwinding. Host sunset soirees on the landscaped roof deck with panoramic city views and an electric BBQ, recharge in the tranquil courtyard, store your bike for weekend escapes, or take advantage of the residents' laundry lounge. This is West Chelsea at its most magnetic -- where your home feels like a destination, and every day is designed to be lived like a luxury getaway. Note: All furniture is included except for the artwork on the main wall that is not included in the sale and will be taken by the owner.

Chelsea | Manhattan

Quick Profile

The row houses portray the world-class architecture of Greek Revival, Italianate and Georgian styles. The population is both ethnically and socially diverse, which is reflected in the restaurants and retail businesses in the neighborhood.

Western Chelsea is the center of the NYC art world, where you will find more than 200 art galleries housed in rehabbed factories and warehouses, as well as in newly-constructed buildings.

While people of many different cultures call Chelsea home, it has been a mecca over the years for people in the LGBTQ community. One census reported that as many as 22% of its residents were gay couples. Eighth Avenue is a trendy area for LGBTQ-oriented dining and shopping. Although it no longer draws the LGBTQ population that it once did, Chelsea still has many popular alternative bars.

Chelsea is primarily residential, consisting of a mixture of diverse complexes, low-rise apartment blocks, tenements, townhouses, renovated row houses, and luxury high-rises.

Chelsea is an interesting and sought-after place to live, with unique clothing boutiques, restaurants, and delis representing cultures from around the world. In addition to its quirky establishments, Chelsea has fine dining restaurants and a vibrant, hip nightlife, which adds to its allure.

Chelsea is well-served by public transportation. At least six city bus routes traverse Chelsea. There are three NYC subway routes with stops on Seventh Avenue, three on Eighth Avenue, and two more on Sixth Avenue. The 34th Street - Hudson Yards Station opened in 2015 with its main entrance in Chelsea.
