The light is fantastic and the apartment oozes charm and happiness. The owner pays heat and hot water
also mentioned earlier and its proximity to the subway is another perk; just 3 blocks away.
The start date is a little flexible and we'll have tours in a couple days.
FEES: The renter pays 1 month's security at lease signing.
The renter pays 1 month's rent upon taking occupancy at lease start date.
The renter provides or pays a $20 dollar credit report.
