Welcome to Residence 3A/4A at Park South Lofts - an oversized and luxurious 1-bedroom, 1.5-bathroom duplex loft offering 1,080 square feet of beautifully reimagined living space. This breathtaking home artfully combines industrial-inspired character with modern sophistication, offering the perfect balance of elegance, functionality and effortless entertaining.

Flooded with natural light from its desirable Southeast exposure, this dramatic residence boasts 11-foot ceilings, an open 22-foot-wide layout, and five oversized 8-foot windows with multiple Juliet balconies spanning both levels. Stunning hardwood floors and industrial-chic details - including thoughtfully exposed vents and piping (with central AC & heat) - enhance its authentic architectural charm.

The property has undergone a complete gut renovation of the kitchen and both bathrooms, resulting in a seamless blend of pre-war character and contemporary refinement.

The upper level opens into a spacious and sophisticated living and dining area seamlessly connected to an open chef's kitchen, beautifully appointed with Caesarstone countertops and backsplash, light oak wood veneer cabinetry, a Viking range, Liebherr refrigerator, Bosch dishwasher, and a wine cooler. A tastefully redesigned powder room, Miele in-unit washer and dryer, and a convenient front entry closet complete this level.

A striking iron and wood staircase leads to the primary suite below, which is accessible both internally and through its own private entrance. The bedroom spans the entire lower level and features two Juliet balconies, five additional oversized windows, a massive walk-in closet, and a custom-designed home office and sitting area, perfectly positioned beneath the staircase. The immaculate en-suite bathroom showcases sleek glass and stone tiling, a deep soaking tub/shower, and high-end fixtures throughout - creating a serene, spa-like retreat.

Park South Lofts is a meticulously converted pre-war boutique condominium offering residents an on-site doorman, private storage and video security. NoMad | Manhattan

Quick Profile

NoMad, North of Madison Square Park, is a rectangular swath of land that is bordered by East 25th Street to the south, East 29th Street to the north, Sixth Avenue to the west, and depending who you ask, Madison or Lexington Avenue to the East. It’s had its acronymed name for over two decades but not every New Yorker calls the neighborhood NoMad.

Historic architecture, trendy hotels and restaurants and high-priced apartments - NoMad wasn’t always the coveted neighborhood that it is today. It’s gone through many transformations over the years. Including a red light district known as the Tenderloin in the 1880’s. It was a popular shopping destination and a place where high society held court in the mid 19th century. It was part of New York City’s Silicon Alley in the 1990’s.

As of lately, world class chefs and restaurants have moved into NoMad. It’s tied with Midtown Manhattan for having the most Michelin stars (six stars to date). Besides NoMad’s architecture, nightlife, and restaurants, we can’t forget the added perk of being close to other great neighborhoods and cultural institutions. NoMad’s central location makes it easier to get just about anywhere in the city. You can walk to Chelsea, West Village, Union Square or Grand Central Station in no time at all. The N, R, 1, 6, B, Q, F, and M are very close or just a few blocks away. Penn Station is also within walking distance.
