Property Description for 58 Saint Marks Place, PH-1001

SUNLIT PENTHOUSE WITH 1,000-SF PRIVATE TERRACE AND PARKING IN BOERUM HILL

Penthouse 1001 offers triple exposures, refined craftsmanship, and a sweeping 1,755-square-foot layout with three bedrooms, two full bathrooms, and a powder room. Designed for the renter who values both sophistication and livable comfort, this home strikes a rare balance between contemporary elegance and open-air serenity.

A formal entry foyer welcomes you with a spacious coat closet and a powder room finished in graphite marble and warm white oak paneling. Beyond, light pours through north- and east-facing windows into a great room and open kitchen, framed by 10-foot ceilings for an airy, loft-like feel.

In the chef's kitchen, professional-grade Thermador Masterpiece appliances include dual 30" wall ovens, a 48" refrigerator/freezer column, 36" five-burner gas cooktop, 30" speed oven, and vented hood-complemented by a 24" dishwasher and full-height Thermador wine refrigerator within the walk-in pantry. Luca de Luna quartzite countertops and integrated cabinetry complete a space designed for both performance and polish.

In the primary suite, a custom dressing room leads to a spa-inspired bath with a soaking tub, walk-in shower, radiant-heated floors, and stone finishes in soft grey and fluted marble. Both secondary bedrooms overlook the terrace and share a bath detailed with artisanal crackled tile. An in-unit Bosch washer and vented gas dryer add everyday convenience.

Step outside to a private terrace landscaped by Thomas Little of Urban Green, spanning the full 60-foot width of the home. Outfitted with a built-in grill, sink, and beverage refrigerator, it's a rare retreat for both entertaining and quiet morning coffee.

Completed in 2022, Saint Marks Place is a full-service condominium by INC Architecture & Design, offering a 24-hour attended lobby and nearly 19,000 square feet of curated amenities-including a fitness center, private spa suites, music room, children's playroom, and on-site parking.

Set in the heart of Boerum Hill, residents enjoy proximity to beloved neighborhood favorites like Rucola, French Louie, and Specialty Grocers along Atlantic Avenue. Transit access is exceptional, with the Bergen Street (F/G) and Barclays Center (2/3/4/5/B/D/N/Q/R) stations moments away for easy citywide connections.

Boerum Hill | Brooklyn

Quick Profile

Boerum Hill is a tiny, quiet, primarily residential neighborhood in Brooklyn. There are broad tree-lined streets that are filled with elegant three and four-story brownstones and townhouses, mostly built between 1840 and 1870. There is a definite family vibe to the neighborhood, but young professionals are moving in, and with them are coming trendy bars to cater to their desire for some measure of nightlife, without having to linger in Manhattan. These new bars and restaurants are being sandwiched in amongst existing shops on both Atlantic Avenue and Smith Street, which are the main commercial areas in Boerum Hill.

Boerum Hill offers a convenient location that is still able to maintain its small-neighborhood feel. Shopkeepers value their customers and remember their regulars. It continues to do what it was designed to do, namely provide small-town living in the very shadow of the big city. Boerum Hill is an easy commute to other parts of the city, making it easy to come home every day to the peace and tranquility of Boerum Hill while commuting to a job anywhere in the city.

The neighborhood is quite walkable and you can take the time to catch up with your neighbors while visiting on their stoops. Shopping on Atlantic Avenue is stress-free with no high pressure. You can meet with friends at any of the many coffee shops and while away pleasant hours in conversation. The dining scene on Smith Street is similarly laid-back. Don’t expect that there will be quite as much to see or do as there is in Manhattan, but there are a decent number of interesting bars and restaurants providing a measure of nightlife. The trade-off is worth it, as Boerum Hill provides a quiet, peaceful place to live and raise a family.
