Property Description for 277 Fifth Ave, 25-D

Welcome to 277 Fifth Avenue #25D

Designed by internationally acclaimed architect Rafael Vi oly, with luxuriously appointed interiors by Jeffrey Beers International, Residence 25D offers 1,373 square feet (128 square meters) of exceptional living space. This south- and west-facing two-bedroom corner residence features a thoughtfully designed layout, including windowed secondary and primary bathrooms.

Enjoy breathtaking views of New York City's skyline and the surrounding architecture in the highly sought-after NoMad neighborhood. A refined palette of warm, natural materials beautifully complements the tower's robust, modern architecture. A Calacatta Saccheli polished marble slab center island, countertops, and backsplash provide a luminous glow. The kitchen is fully equipped with a suite of Miele appliances in a stainless-steel finish, including a refrigerator and freezer, wine cooler, gas cooktop with retractable ventilation hood, convection oven, speed oven, and dishwasher.

The primary bedroom includes a spacious dressing area and a windowed en-suite bath with full-height San Nicola marble walls, heated Bianco Dolomiti marble floors, walnut cabinetry with Bianco Dolomiti marble slab countertops and waterfall sides, Kohler Kathryn sinks, and Dornbracht LULU series faucets in polished chrome. The secondary bath, also windowed, is adorned with Bianco Dolomiti marble walls, heated floors with black accent trim, and Dornbracht fittings.

Residents enjoy an exceptional suite of amenities designed by Jeffrey Beers International, spanning two light-filled floors. These carefully curated spaces include a lobby library with a double-height bookcase wall, an entertainment suite with a bar and private dining room with catering pantry, a fitness club that opens onto a furnished Fifth Avenue terrace, a games lounge, and a dedicated kids" club.

NoMad | Manhattan

Quick Profile

NoMad, North of Madison Square Park, is a rectangular swath of land that is bordered by East 25th Street to the south, East 29th Street to the north, Sixth Avenue to the west, and depending who you ask, Madison or Lexington Avenue to the East. It’s had its acronymed name for over two decades but not every New Yorker calls the neighborhood NoMad.

Historic architecture, trendy hotels and restaurants and high-priced apartments - NoMad wasn’t always the coveted neighborhood that it is today. It’s gone through many transformations over the years. Including a red light district known as the Tenderloin in the 1880’s. It was a popular shopping destination and a place where high society held court in the mid 19th century. It was part of New York City’s Silicon Alley in the 1990’s.

As of lately, world class chefs and restaurants have moved into NoMad. It’s tied with Midtown Manhattan for having the most Michelin stars (six stars to date). Besides NoMad’s architecture, nightlife, and restaurants, we can’t forget the added perk of being close to other great neighborhoods and cultural institutions. NoMad’s central location makes it easier to get just about anywhere in the city. You can walk to Chelsea, West Village, Union Square or Grand Central Station in no time at all. The N, R, 1, 6, B, Q, F, and M are very close or just a few blocks away. Penn Station is also within walking distance.
