Property Description for 75 Wall Street, 26-I

75 Wall Street, Residence 26I - Exceptional Studio with Iconic Architectural Views

Perched on the coveted 26th floor of 75 Wall Street, Residence 26I is a rare studio offering unmatched Deco and BeauxArts architectural vistas-widely regarded as the best sightlines in the entire "I" line. Personally selected preconstruction for its superior views and quiet exposure, this home is one of the top three units in its line (floors 25-27) and the most serene of the two premier view floors.

This beautifully customized studio has been thoughtfully upgraded to maximize comfort, privacy, and aesthetic appeal. A bespoke privacy wall with a 6' x 2' frosted glass light panel creates a defined sleeping alcove while maintaining an airy flow. High ceilings, freshly painted walls, and abundant closet space enhance the sense of openness.

The window bench has been reimagined with custom cabinetry, replacing the original walltowall closed bench to provide both additional storage and improved access to the breathtaking skyline views.

A series of meticulous electrical upgrades elevate the home's ambiance and functionality:
- Recentered ceiling outlets for the two outer chandeliers
- Recentered recessed flood light for the laundry/broom closet
- Matching bronze American Deco chandeliers and sconces with original frosted shades
- Matching bronze French Deco chandelier and double sconce with frosted tulip slip shades in the entry and kitchen

A true Chef Kitchen which is a culinary dream. The kitchen features:
- Caesarstone countertops
- Boffins lacquered cabinetry
- Premium appliances by SubZero, Liebherr, Bosch, Miele, Electrolux, and Sharp
Additional Features
- Inunit, barely used vertical ventless washer/dryer
- High ceilings and excellent natural light
The bathroom includes marble flooring that makes this bathroom look like a 5-star hotel.

This apartment building itself is also newly renovated with a brand new lobby, hallway and landings, mailroom, and elevators. This apartment building offers extraordinary amenities such as a 24- hour doorman, access to a 24-hour gym, a bike room, a billiards room, a bike room, and a children's playroom. Most importantly, the apartment has a great 360-degree rooftop terrace with a bird's eye view of NYC, which is a rarity in any apartment building.

From shopping at Brookfield Place, World Trade Center you'll be nearby it all. With easy access to many subway lines and the Fulton Center, to major food markets and restaurants like Eataly, Nobu, , Blue Smoke, North End Grill, and many more, there's something for everyone. There's also the South Street Seaport a short distance away with its many shops and eateries situated on the East River with stunning views of Brooklyn and Manhattan's historic bridges.

Financial District | Manhattan

Quick Profile

The Financial District (FiDi) today is a bit of a hybrid neighborhood, as the residential component continues to grow in an area that has been historically dominated by the financial and insurance industries. The residential experiment, which began more than two decades ago, continues to evolve in an area with a large concentration of older, large office buildings. Developers have taken to these aged buildings and have re-positioned them as residential properties. In turn, the public spaces, services and retail establishments needed for a thriving residential neighborhood have followed making this an important destination for city residents.

Since 2000, the residential population of the Financial District has nearly tripled in size from about 23,000 residents to more than 60,000 inhabitants. Many of the residential pioneers to FiDi were people attracted to the lower rents in the neighborhood, particularly the post-collegiate crowd. While the millennials still maintain a large footprint here, there are plenty of families that now consider the Wall Street area home.

Many of those that live in the Financial District walk to work. If you reside here and need to commute elsewhere, the transportation from here is about as good as it gets. Express trains can take you to Midtown, either east or west, in twenty minutes. Brooklyn is but a single subway stop away. There are also ferries across to Brooklyn, Queens and Staten Island.
