Where Style, Space, and Sophistication Meet: A NoMad Gem With a Private Outdoor Oasis

Welcome to a home that lives as boldly and beautifully as you do. This grand two bedroom, 2.5 bathroom condominium loft in the heart of prime NoMad delivers the ideal blend of serenity and city energy-with a private terrace, washer-dryer, full-time doorman and private floor-level storage room that set it apart from anything else on the market.

Thoughtfully imagined by the acclaimed architects at Workshop/APD, this luminous residence is a masterclass in modern luxury. The open-concept living and dining areas are flooded with natural light and made for entertaining or unwinding in style. The custom chef's kitchen is as functional as it is stunning, featuring sleek European oak cabinetry, antique gray marble backsplash, polished glass composite countertops, and top-tier appliances from Sub-Zero and Bertazzoni. Every inch reflects curated quality and refined taste.

Retreat to the sumptuous primary suite, where two enormous walk-in closets and a spa-worthy five-fixture bath await. French limestone and travertine finishes, a deep soaking WetStyle tub, radiant NuHeat floors-these are the details that turn a bathroom into a sanctuary. And when you step outside, you're not just in NoMad-you're in the beating heart of New York's most dynamic triangle, just moments from Madison Square Park, Flatiron, Gramercy Park, and Midtown. The city's most celebrated restaurants, shops, and nightlife venues are all within reach.

At 90 Lex, you're not just buying a home-you're joining a world-class lifestyle. This full-service building offers a suite of resort-caliber amenities: 24-hour doorman and concierge, a state-of-the-art fitness center, yoga studio, indoor pool and Jacuzzi, steam room, sauna, landscaped roof deck, lounge with screening room, playroom, and on-site parking.

Come experience the art of living well, in a space that feels like it was designed just for you. And yes-those property taxes are as low as they seem, thanks to the primary residence abatement.

NoMad | Manhattan

Quick Profile

NoMad, North of Madison Square Park, is a rectangular swath of land that is bordered by East 25th Street to the south, East 29th Street to the north, Sixth Avenue to the west, and depending who you ask, Madison or Lexington Avenue to the East. It’s had its acronymed name for over two decades but not every New Yorker calls the neighborhood NoMad.

Historic architecture, trendy hotels and restaurants and high-priced apartments - NoMad wasn’t always the coveted neighborhood that it is today. It’s gone through many transformations over the years. Including a red light district known as the Tenderloin in the 1880’s. It was a popular shopping destination and a place where high society held court in the mid 19th century. It was part of New York City’s Silicon Alley in the 1990’s.

As of lately, world class chefs and restaurants have moved into NoMad. It’s tied with Midtown Manhattan for having the most Michelin stars (six stars to date). Besides NoMad’s architecture, nightlife, and restaurants, we can’t forget the added perk of being close to other great neighborhoods and cultural institutions. NoMad’s central location makes it easier to get just about anywhere in the city. You can walk to Chelsea, West Village, Union Square or Grand Central Station in no time at all. The N, R, 1, 6, B, Q, F, and M are very close or just a few blocks away. Penn Station is also within walking distance.
